Rule and Regulation

(i) If the fee / dues are not paid by the due date, late fee charges at the rate of Rs. 100/per day will be imposed. If the fees and dues are not paid 10 days after due date, name
of the cadet will be stuck off the college rolls, and re admission shall be made after
submission of re admission fee Rs. 7000/- plus late fee charges for 10 days.
(ii) In case of withdrawal by parents or guardian, fees are not refundable. Once a cadet
name comes on the college rolls, there is no provision of a part adjustment/ refund of
the amount remitted. No claim of any amount will be entertained after the admission
is granted except the security deposit, if due.
(iii)All possible measures, for the safety of cadets during their stay at the college, are
taken with full care and responsibility. Any kind of accident or mishap causing any
injury, damage or loss beyond the human control and possible precaution, will not be
the responsibility of the college.
(iv) Permission for appearing in the promotion examination will be accorded only if all the
dues are cleared before the date of the commencement of examination.
(v) The cadet appearing for the Board Examination (Class 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th) will
pay the messing and boarding charges for the full calendar month in which the Board
Examination are held.
(vi) The principals decision in all academic and disciplinary matter concerning cadets will
be final and un challengeable.
