TEST:
With reference to your application for enrolment with us for preparation to IIT-JEE-2013, you have to appear for a written test on 17th April 2011, 3:00pm to 6:00pm as per details mentioned in the admit card enclosed herewith. The test paper along with answer sheet will be provided by us. The medium for the test will be in English only. The Entrance Test will be Objective type and of 3 hours duration with Basic and Fundamental questions in the area of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics covering the syllabus till last examination faced by Student (irrespective of any Board). There may be variety of questions with exactlyone correct alternative. The Answer Sheet will be checked through computer hence, the answer of the question must be marked by shading the circles against the question by dark HB pencil only. For example if only B choice is correct then,

The answer of the question in any other manner (such as putting etc.) will be treated as wrong.

ADVISE: You are advised not to spend too much time on one particular question and ensure that you do not help your neighbour in your own interest. The test schedule, venue etc. is unaltered until and unless you receive written information from us. While coming for the test you will have to make your own arrangement for boarding and lodging.No reimbursement will be made against lodging and boarding, to and fro, conveyance etc. SELECTION AND RESULT: Please note that the selection will be strictly based on your performance in the above test. No further inquiries will be entertained under any circumstances in this regard. The result of this test will be declared on 22nd April 2011 (10.00 AM) and the same will be available only on our website www.bansaliitjee.com. Local students may ask their result telephonically. Important: Since the entrance test copies are checked with extreme care and are repeatedly scrutinised, there is no provision for rechecking. Also there is no provision for declaration of marks/rank in respect to any candidate. No request in this regard will be entertained. COURSE FEE: The selected candidates are required to deposit their fee as per enclosed sheet. Bring Admit Card and Two Passport Size photographs while joining the institute. SCHOOLING: For school admission you are suggested to contact the local school authorities after our entrance test result and ensure your school admission accordingly. You can get the list of schools from our institute. HOSTEL: We do not have our own hostel facility. However, we extend help in arranging the same near to our institution, if required. NOTE: All the classes at Kota study centre during class XI will be held at "Gaurav Tower", A-10, I.P.I.A., Kota (Raj.), and for Jaipur and Ajmer the same will be held at respective addresses. COURSE COMMENCEMENT: Classes for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics will commence in full swing from 2nd May 2011, however, you will attend the Introductory Class as well which has been scheduled on 30 th April OR 1st May 2011, you will get the date and time of your introductory class on website alongwith the Result. Till 30th June the classes may be held in morning or evening and the same will be shifted in the evening w.e.f. 1st July 2011.

Rules and Regulations

1. In case you discontinue our course due to some reason or the other, we will refund the fee as per following: a. Rs. 44,431/- (43431 + 1000/- (Caution Money)) out of the First Installment will be refunded if you leave on or before 09/05/2011. b. No Fee will be refunded in case you leave after 09/05/2011. 2. Our fee refund rules remain same even if you don't get school admission due to any reason. 3. 10.3% Service Tax has been charged as per current prevailing rates. In case of change in rate of Service Tax announced by Government, the difference will be charged accordingly. 4. We conduct 9 lectures (90 minutes each) per week i.e. 3 lectures each of Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Daily Practice Problem (DPP) sessions and review tests will be conducted as per our course design. 5. All the rules and regulations are as per our latest Brochure & Instruction Manual. All disputes subject to Kota (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only. 6. Dress Code : Students are required to wear sober clothes (Girls should strictly wear decent salwar suits with dupatta and in case of non compliance entry won't be given in the campus). Male students should wear decent shirts with trousers/pants. 7. Male students found with mobile inside the campus will be fined as : First Time Rs. 100/-, Second Time Rs. 200/-, Third Time Rs. 500/- and after that Mobile will be forfeited. 8. You must take admission in any of the local school. 9. You will attend the classes in your batches only ; not doing so will be resulted in your suspension or termination from the institute without any relaxation and no request in this regard will be entertained under any circumstances. 10 Before coming to kota get yourself vaccinated for Hepatities, Chickenpox etc. 11.
