1. China's legal system of land expropriation

It is required by law to give compensation for expropriation, and define the scope of the statutory compensation for land expropriation: compensate in accordance with the original purpose of the land acquisition. 3.The problems of the existing land expropriation system


The scope of land requisition is too great, does not reflect the needs of the "public interest". public interest .
