DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct safety tool box meeting, like proper usage of PPE and give instructions to the safest method to prevent accident. And to remind all subordinates regarding work progress and project status. Checking of cold work and hot work permit. Responsible for all the requirements needed specially confine space and removal of gratings for workers assurance and security. In-charge in getting all As-Built dimensions which corresponds to underground and above ground piping systems. Responsible for the fabrication works, and site erections/installations works such as; Fuel Gas line, Condensate drain line, Flare vent line, Nitrogen line, Compressed Air line, Utility air/water and Fire Fighting system. And to make sure that every activity is on scheduled. In case of obstructions, responsible in preparing plans for re-routing using isometric drawing. Checking and analyzing actual work condition for the daily activities and identify any possible hazard. Supervision of spool erection to prevent wrong orientation and elevation. Prepare and review the plan drawing, Isometric drawing and P&ID to insure that the said drawings are detailed based on the plan as well as P&ID, and scheduled all required equipments and manpower. Giving latest information when there is (FDN) Field Design Notice. Responsible for pre-walk down inspections with QA/QC inspectors prior for final inspections. Responsible in gathering and preparation of all daily reports to be submitted to the site supervisor. Checking the pipelines to know that balance work or materials as well as the as built status.
