Work done so far Given Specs machine was no capable enogh to cater the request to user. So procurement will replace the hardware soon First floor has bene completed by the team. Third floor SCB area has been completed and remaining third floor systems will be completed during this week Still no work done Email has been rolled out and team is working on it Sups and tech team is in coordination with each other in this regard We have compiled the list of reported cubicles and requested another list from OPS for reported cubicles from operations This has been completed on telenro floor no work done so far but we can use most from telenor SOP. this has been completed

Satmap needs a Asterisk server so Linux will be installed on this

First floor has bene completed by the team. Third floor SCB area has been completed and remaining third floor systems will be completed during this week Still no work done To document the installation procedure of all Apps We need to deploy an alternative application for their commuication over the LAN It was reported since last few months no client has requested us to present system performance stats using NMS server There were some stations on telenor floor where naming scheme was not proper. We are facing some issues with qubee downtime validation. So creating an SOP would be very helpful for us. E-learning stations were not working since few days.
