referencing Morgan le Fay, the elfin, shape-shifting half-sister of King
Arthur. In our context, the Fata Morgana is also a complicated, rapidly
changing superior mirage, a comfortable Gothic Dominatrix that display
inverted objects, stretched landscapes and other weirdness of smoke and
mirrors. Mirages, these fata morganas, have long left us spellbound. Their
power to play tricks on our minds endlessly fascinates.

There are also some original Pamela Olson collages. FOUNTAINHEAD coolly
breathes wealth, sensuous fun, elegance, permanence, grace -- the good life.
ALICE, her clothes pot-holed and paint-smudged, looks at the beautiful
sunset. ALICE gracefully saunters, undulates and jiggles as she moves.
On ALICE'S black lacquer dining table is an empty decanter next to an
empty bottle of Barolo along side the remains of fettucine with tomato-andbasil sauce liberally doused with shaved white truffles. Next to that is the
remains of a Secondi, a sauteed veal chop with a mushroom-and-cheese
salad. Next to that is the remains of an antipasto of Prosciutto di Parma
over honeydew melon. The evening sea breeze tickles ALICE'S windchimes
into giggles and laughter, flutters the curtains into sighs, wafts the air with
flower and salt, and sets shadows dancing. The home coolly breathes wealth,
sensuous fun, elegance, permanence, grace -the good life.
ALICE had considered San Francisco's Pacific Heights with its views of
extraordinary Angel Island, Alcatraz Island, Sausaito, Tiburon, the Golden
Gate Bridge with its historic mansions carefully appointed and detailed into
pristine beauty on narrow lots with formal well-tended gardens with burbling
fountains, fantastical topiaries, construction workers, gardeners, cleaners
and megaphoned open-topped minivan tourist buses. ALICE'S love of the
water finally decided her on the magnificence of the Pacific Ocean for her
San Francisco pied--terre at 2136 Great Hwy. ALICE nods in agreement as
she looks thoughtfully around, pets BANDKITTY then pets TIDE as
ELEKTRA sits at the bar. TIDE sits down on ELEKTRA'S feet.

(Shadows dance gracefully on the blue walls of the home. The

she turns and watches out the window at the the Pacific Ocean. ALICE is
apricot a'glow, her hair in soft, happy disarray.
DOLORES STREET'S battered face has two black-eyes, her
battered body a dislocated left shoulder, her arms have
darkening bruises and lacerations, her nails are broke, and her
face, arms, hands, legs, and clothes are dried-blood-stained. Her
left arm is bent an angle that is just plain wrong. DOLORES has
a military wool blanket wrapped around her as she half sits, half lies on
ALICE'S gray, teal, black cloth sofa.)

dressed Black-Tie Optional. GIGER'S THEATRE DES VAMPIRES STAGE is

dressed for an opulent Black Tie wedding.
The men's belt buckles, footwear heels and canes have
embedded kinetic energizers as well as any rings worn. The
women's earrings, footwear heels and Elektra's whip have
embedded kinetic energizers as well as any rings worn.
For Black Tie the gentleman, if the gentleman is in the military,
may wear his formal military attire. If the gentleman does not want to wear
his formal military uniform, or he is not military, his attire is always a black
tuxedo coat, trousers trimmed with satin ribbon along the outside of each
leg, and matching cummerbund, bow tie, and suspenders/braces. Black Tie
does not refer to the color of the tie. Any colored tie, if the cummerbund,
bow tie and suspenders/braces match, is acceptable. Black Tie still requires
patent leather shoes for the gentleman. The lady always wears a ball gown,
even if she is in the military. She wears elbow-length gloves. Black Tie still
requires nylons and high heels for the ladies. She often matches her shoe
color to her gown, and her shoes are often sequined.
Black Tie Optional is either Black Tie or any
color tuxedo, or a white dinner coat,
cummerbund and tuxedo trousers for the
gentleman, although a bow tie and
suspenders/braces color matched to the
cummerbund are still required. If the gentleman is in the
military, the gentleman does not wear his daily military
attire, although he may wear his dress uniform. Black Tie
Optional still requires patent leather shoes for the
gentleman. If military, the lady never wears her uniform. All
ladies wear full-length ball gowns, dinner dresses or cocktail
dresses, as Black Tie Optional allows NO short dresses or
skirts. Her outfit may be of any color. She is not required to wear gloves,
although she may. Black Tie Optional still requires nylons and high heels for

the ladies. She still often matches her shoe color to her gown, and her shoes
are still often sequined.
A corsage for the lady, and a flower in the man's lapel
are optional. The flower is usually a rose or carnation.
EDGAR strokes a throwing knife against a leather
strap. ASIMO wears a lavender bowtie.
ELEKTRA calls the wedding of SOFIA PEREZ and DOLORES
STREET at Giger a gift she and her partners are honored to
give old friend SOFIA PEREZ and new friend DOLORES STREET. SOFIA
PEREZ knows FATA MORGANA has it down as a tax write-off for GIGER,
but doesn't mind. EDGAR tests the edge of his throwing knife against a
piece of paper. GAVIN NEWSOM, ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER, CHARLIE
SHEEN, LARRY AND STRIX WACHOWSKI, SOFIA and DOLORES talk with
MARK HESPETH. They each have a flute of Prosecco. A GUEST'S DOG
barks friendly at seeing Tide.
(responds friendly to the bark)
BARK! You boys know you can't come into

politely asking this ole sea dog.

(dressed in a tuxedo, he turns to ELEKTRA, FATA MORGANA, THE DOORS,

Mother of Civil Rights in California. She

Mary Ellen Pleasant would relate to our
civil rights struggles today. Following the
American Civil War, almost 100 years
before the heroic Rosa Parks stood up
for her civil rights, San Francisco
resident Mary Ellen Pleasant sued a local
transportation company for not letting
her and other African Americans ride.
(FATA MORGANA chuckles as she watches the hustle and bustle as the
wedding gets closer and closer to the ceremony. FATA has a peeling
sunburn, scratches, bruises and dirt under her nails from gardening earlier.)

In the 1890 census, Ms. Pleasant listed
her occupation as capitalist.

The Mary Ellen Pleasant Memorial Park,
the smallest park in San Francisco, is a
lovely park. It consists of six enormous
eucalyptus blue gum trees marching down
Octavia Street, remaining from the
twenty Mary Ellen Pleasant planted. The
trees are land-marked by the City of San
Francisco. The site was chosen because
Ms. Pleasants Octavia Street property
once ran from Bush to Sutter, including a
30-room mansion and separate stables.

Governator Arnold Schwarzenegger's
thumb as they see San Francisco's
agribusiness as a plentiful smorgasboard
of eat-ins.

(SOFIA and DOLORES walk to CINDY, EDGAR and ASIMO. CINDY hands

then zips himself up.)

Lucifer both personally. We're all just

(she looks relaxed, more at peace with the world, like she'd had a
breakthrough at a really good therapists. Helps that she wears a beautiful
