As for as we have observed during the visits to the company, the bank should improve the services given to the customers so that they may feel satisfied. Bank should increase its products in order to enhance its profit margin so that it may compete in the market. Meezan bank is paying less attention on advertising and promotional strategies in Pakistan. although the concept of Islamic banking is progressing in pur country but still there are many competitors of meezan bank in market. To cope with the increasing competition, meezan bank has to make its products up to date and according to demand of customers. Further more employees are the assets of the bank which must be motivated by the management of the bank. Employees should be given incentives in the shape of cash award, increase in pay, promotion etc. if the customers of the bank are satisfied and employees of the bank are hardworking as well as loyal, the bank will make progress by leaps and bounds. Management of the bank must try its best in order to satisfy the customers as well as motivate the employees.
