1 Issues with using UCM with BPM

1.1 Missing WF-ADMIN-USER credentials If you try to use UCM for attachments in BPM, it will fail due to a missing setup. Complete the following steps if you are using any of the BPM domains (dev_bpm, deb_bpm_spaces) and will be using UCM for attachments. 1. Login to Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control as weblogic and password as welcome1 (http://soabpm-vm:7001/em) 2. Expand the WebLogic Domain folder and right-click on the domain name 3. Select Security-->Credentials from the menu

4. Click on 5. In the Create Map popup window enter WF-ADMIN-USER as the Map Name and click OK

1.2 Changing UCM URL when using separate dev_bpm VM and wc_spaces VM When using a seperate VM for BPM connecting to a wc_spaces based Webcenter VM, you will have two UCM servers one in the dev_bpm domain and one in the wc_spaces domain. In this case its better to use the UCM server from the wc_spaces domain. Follow these steps to configure your dev_bpm based VM to use UCM from wc_spaces VM. 1. Make sure you have setup the credentials for the WF-ADMIN-USER as described in the previous section 2. Login to the FMW Control as weblogic/welcome1 3. Expand the SOA folder

8. Change the attribute UcmIdcUrl to point to the IP address of the host running the wc_spaces domain based VM

2 Email Server Configuration

The VM has an Apache James configured to provide POP3 and SMTP services. This server starts automatically at boot time and uses the standard POP3 and SMTP ports. The server is pre-seeded with demo community users (jcooper, jstein etc) with the domain as emailexample.com (e.g. jcooper@emailexample.com). You can access the mailboxes for these users using your preferred email client or you can use the text-based email client installed in the VM. This textbased email client is configured to use the James server and can be accessed from the vmenu or by running the command alpine from a terminal window
