To Set The Group Pickup 1.

You need to find the group for the extension that already in the group. For Example extension 6621. The command should be list groups-of-extension 6621. Then the screen below will appear. Please refer to the group number.

2. For this extension the group number should be 21. And it belongs to the Network Department of Macrolynx. To check that this group number is belonging to whom, you may use command; list pickup-group. It will show all the pickup group that already been set in the system. Please refer to the screen below.

3. Then you need to proceed to change/remove/add new extension to the belonging group. The command should be; change pickup-group 21. The number 21 is refer to the pickup group that we check just now. The screen below will appear.

4. Please do whatever changes you need to do, and after that press F3 to enter the details to the system. Please be inform that F3 is not the save button but to enter the changing to the system only. Please save all configurations before quit. Save command should be; save translation or sav tra. To Set The Direct Line for Extension 1. Before you set any direct line to the extension, please get the DID/direct line from call center. Please use command display incoming trunk 2 to show the DID number that has been configured to the system. The screen below should appear;

2. Please be extra careful when handling the DID. Every single mistake will cause the big issue like the call is not reachable. 3. If you have DID and extension to be configured, please use command change incoming trunk 2 and the screen below should appear.

4. Please add to the new line if you have new DID to be added. Refer to the above, if you did not see any new line, please click next page or F7 to see the next available line. Please use the correct code. Refer below: Number Len Number Digits Del Insert 8 21681234 8 1234

For example, if you have the DID: 03-21681234 and extension 1234 to be use for this DID, the Number Len and del is default to 8. Please put the DID to the Number Digit and the extension to the Insert. Please DO NOT make any change to the previous configuration unless its really needed. Then please save the configuration.

To Set the Coverage Path/ Call Divert. 1. Before proceed to set the coverage path or call divert, you need to check the coverage remote first to see either the mobile number you want to add/replace is there or not. To check, please use command; display coverage remote 1. Then the screen below should appear.

2. This screen will show all the number that has been set to the system. 3. To change the number or replace or add new number, please use command; change coverage remote 1. Please do remember that this quota is limited due to the licensing as per J&J, and please replace if needed. If not then only proceed to add the number to the new line. 4. After save the changes made to the coverage remote, then only can proceed to set the coverage path or call diverted. 5. Please remember that before adding new coverage path, please check the previous coverage path that has been set to the extension. Please also check the point number that has been set. For example, Extension 3139. First, need to check in 3139 extension if have any coverage path has been set or not. Use command; display status 3139. The screen below should appear.

6. For this extension, the coverage path is set to 15. To check coverage path 15 is set to which number, we need to enter the configuration for coverage path 15. Command should be: display coverage path 15. The screen below should appear:

To set the ring before divert call

The number is referring to the coverage remote that has been set earlier. This is the point where the call should be diverted to

7. The point number should be from the coverage remote. Let say the mobile number just now set to no. 15, then the point should be r15 to indicate that r is for remote and 15 is for the mobile number. 8. If the coverage path is new coverage path, please use command add coverage path next to configure new coverage path. Then you will see coverage path number on top of configuration

page. Use that number to set into the extension configuration. Use command :change status 3139.
