Picker planning as per load and ensuring that keep maintain productivity as per norms and complete the picking within time. Monitoring all proper documents handover to dispatch department in time. Transport and dispatch Monitoring daily vehicle planning as per rout plan dispatches and turn around. Loading accuracy maintain 100 % and handover all documents to driver with proper registers entries and cross checking. Co-ordinate with transporters for availability of vehicle on time. Vehicle tracking through GPS system and telephonic for unloading vehicles at stores in time. Monitoring all trips and kilometer records are proper maintain for right billing and PODs are submitted by transporter. Ensuring transporters are getting payment on time. Inventory Management- Monitoring that all stock are in proper location . Ensuring bin correction and FEPO maintain by pickers to control the losses from expiry. Monitoring inventory are as per MBQ if there are any excess stock ,highlight to B&M and plan for dispatches. Daily cycle count and monthly stock take plan ensuring get properly. Damage & expiry management Planning for collection of D & E from stores. Monitoring segregation for RTV , RPC, and on time dispatches. Monitoring dispose and second sale process as per SOP. Budget and costing- Monitoring that all Opex cost are in budget as per given by management. Always trying to reduce it.
