3. General. 3.1. Portland cement blended is a hydraulic adhesive substance, produced by grinding portland cement clinker with mineral admixture & a necessary quantity of gypsum or well-blending the grinded mineral admixture with Portland cement. 3.2. Clinker to be produce portland blended cement shall content MgO with 5% or less. 3.3. Mineral additive use for portland blended cement production shall comply with TCVN 6882 : 2001 3.4. Technical additives may contain these admixture which can improve cement properties to meet the using requirement or grinding add, delivering, packaging and maintaining.but do not impact on properties of cement, mortar and concrete, technical additive shall be less than 1%. 3.5. Total mineral additive ( excluded gypsum) in portland blended cement count on cement quantity shall not be more than 40%, in which filler admixture shall not be more than 20% 3.6. Gypsum use for portland blended cement production shall comply with TCXD 168 : 89 3.7. Portland blended cement have 3 types : PCB30, PCB40 and PCB50 PCB is symbol for Portland Cemnet Blended Values: 30,40,50 are minimum compressive strength in Mpa of standard mortar specimen after 28 days, determined by TCVN 6016: 1995 ( ISO 679 : 1989)
