TEACHING PLAN FOR DIARRHEA

DESCRIPTION OF THE LEARNER: the learner, whether an adult or child, who are at risk of having diarrhea or manifesting symptoms of diarrhea, may lack or have no knowledge about diarrhea. LEARNING NEED: Knowledge on diarrhea: prevention and management DIAGNOSIS: Knowledge deficit related to lack of exposure GOAL: After the allotted time for discussion and explanation, learners will have a broader understanding of diarrhea and be able to manage and prevent diarrhea. LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of the topic, the client will be able to: 1.
