Please indicate the name of Vessel (In capital letters) For example: MVSanta Fe Vessel name may be mentioned as M.V.SANTA FE (to avoid confusion it is advised to mention DOTS and SPACES in words as M.V.SANTA FE. This code is the radio call sign of the vessel. Field size is 7 characters. In case the vessel code is not available in ICES directory the Port Trust would have to transmit the details of the vessel code to Customs. Shipping Line / Shipping Agent are advised to ensure these detail are forwarded through the Port Trust before submission of IGM. The Shipping Line / Shipping Agent are advised to approach the system manager for registration of the vessel code if it is not received from the Port Trust. Please indicate the Voyage No. Please indicate the Shipping Line code maintained by Indian Port Assn. / Port Trust. The Steamer Agent / Shipping Line are advised to approach the System Manager for registration of the code in the system. The existing ICES directory is to be used until a PAN based directory is created. Please indicate the name of the Master. Automatically fetched from the directory. No need of indicating. Indicate the port of arrival use the UNLOCODE Indicate the last port called by the vessel. Always give the UNLOCODE. Please see the Public Notice where guidelines about UNLOCODE are explained. This code is the radio call sign of the vessel. Field size is 7 characters. In case the vessel code is not available in ICES directory the Port Trust would have to transmit the details of the vessel code to Customs. Shipping line / Shipping Agent are advised to ensure these detail are forwarded through Port Trust before submission of IGM. They may approach the system manager for registration of the vessel code before filing the manifest. Please indicate the voyage number. While filing documents in service center Line number and sub-line number are generated by the system. Amendment of system Line number and sub-line number can be done in the following method: One Request shall be made for deletion of line, Two Submit supplementary line. Deletion is not permitted, if BE is filed. While filing documents through EDI interface But for SL/SA who are taking part in message exchange exercise, the Line numbers given by them will be accounted for in the system. The shipping line / Shipping Agent are advised to approach the system manager for registration of the vessel code if it is not received from the Port Trust. Please indicate the Voyage number. Please indicate the Container number. Please indicate the Container Seal Number. Maintained by Indian Port Association (IPA). It is advised that the Container Agents may keep in touch with IPA for registration.
