How will you know if your project is reaching its goals and objectives, and producing the desired benefits or change?
On this page, you will find a menu of indicators that will help you track the progress of your project. These indicators were chosen because they highlight the kinds of changes and outcomes that are most likely to occur in small-scale community development projects. Please choose the indicators that you and your community will use to track the progress of your project during its implementation. When you complete your project, you will use the same indicators to describe the results that you and your community achieved on the Partnership Program Final Report Form.
