This project repot endeavors to cover a part of my study Bachelor IN Business Administration course, which is conducted by BIRLA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, RANCHI. It is a great opportunity for me to do my project work in prestigious company like BHARAT COAKING COAL LIMITED, DHANBAD. The objective for doing this project is to know the various WAGES AND SALARY in the industries and to check the current status of the same in, BHARAT COAKING COAL LIMITED. This project is scrutinized by the Dy.PM.IR of the company to make it flawless and useful as possible. The comments and suggestion received have been dully considered while finalizing the project report . This project is actual effort from my side and hope this may be useful to the company as well.

OBJECTIVES OF BHARAT COAKING COAL LIMITED

The objectives of BCCL has been listed below:

1. Promoting the development and usage of coal products depending on the future requirements of India and also ensuring safeguards for mines workers.

2. Assuring growth in the productivity of coal mining with the help of technology advancement , putting the organization into proper order and motivating its employees for better production.

3. Making proper arrangement in the supply of products in order to make it easily available for the consumer at an affordable prices.

4. To maintain a leading position as a supplier of good quality of coal.
