BBL of condensate and 45 MTON of LPG .All pant/well adamx-1 maintenance activities are being carried out under my supervision.

2 -WIND TURBINES HAVING CAPACITY OF 1.2 MW OF VENSYS 62 GERMANY. ZORLU ENERGY GROUPS TURKEY:
Wind turbine power plant first time in the history of Pakistan in jhimpir District Thatta Sindh which posses total generation capacity 6MW German manufactured Turbines. Working as Mechanical maintenance engineer in (Operation & Maintenance) since 1st September 2008 to 28th February 2010. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES I was responsible for its errection work with the help of 1200 ton big Crane having Boom up to 100 m and its operation & maintenance. Also During commissioning of 1.2 MW capacity wind turbine with Turkish and German experts. 3-KARACHI ELECTRIC SUPPLY CORPORATION (KESC) AT BIN QASIM THERMAL POWER STATION KARACHI Working as Assistant Maintenance Manager/Manager at Bin Qasim Thermal Power Station, Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (K.E.S.C.) since September 2003 to 30th August 2008 having 6x210 MW Steam Turbines with total capacity of 1260 MW.

MY JOB DESCRIPTION AS A MANAGER MAINTENANCE AT BIN QASIM THERMAL POWER STATION KARACHI. 680-TON/HR CAPACITY STEAM BOILER OF BABCOCK DEUTSCH GERMANY AND 04 BOILER OF BABCOCK & HITACHI JAPAN .
Planning, Scheduling, Supervising & Executing of Routine, Preventive, Breakdown maintenance and overhauling of major power plant equipments to assure their long term reliability which includes, Steam turbine, Steam boiler, main condensate and boiler feed pumps along with stages booster pumps, Regenerative air heater along with the replacement of their cold, intermediate and hot end elements, Gas recalculation Fans, Furnace oil unloading plant, burners, different instrument and service air compressors, different heavy duty types of fluid handling pumps and gas & liquid heat transfer coolers. Planning and for minimum stock level of spares, tools, and consumables necessary to carry out the routine, break down & overhauling maintenance work. Planning for hiring of contract labor for said maintenance work. To suggest modification of equipments, system in repetitive failure problems to maintenance manager.

 Detection of condenser tubes leakages using several techniques and their plugging. Carried out static and dynamic balancing of pumps shafts, couplings and impellers. Maintenance of different Hydraulic and pneumatic valves installed at different locations of power plant. . Assisting management in preparation of mechanical maintenance budget, control and forecast of budget. Planning and monitoring of all mechanical works and projects executed by the contractors. Writing of technical specifications for mechanical maintenance and plant betterment projects contracts. Writing of good technical reports on all the mechanical maintenance related works& projects as and when required. To suggest modification of equipments, system in repetitive failure problems to maintenance manager. Doing all the activities regarding budget of the year as to raise the requisitions. Complete rotor replacement of regenerative air heater with Guide/ support bearing, cold / hot end elements, and seals of the rotor driven unit. Complete replacement of steam coil air heater Complete servicing of re-heater / super heater / drum safety valves. Complete overhauling of FDF / GRF with bearing replacement. Replacement of bellows and dampers. Servicing / replacement of soot blowers, burner guns (HFO / GAS). Servicing of main stop valve, 100% and 30% feed water control valve, all control valves, high pressure and low-pressure valve. Participated in the chemical cleaning of 680-ton/hrsteam boiler associated with Black & vetch International, Marubeni and Halliburton. The job included the internal chemical cleaning of steam drum, water walls, down comers and economizer. Replacement of water wall tubes panels in the boiler Babcock Deutsch Germany
