Assign user id/ Password Teachers Teacher will submit Bio-Data

Below is a process Description according to steps:

Monitor and create Courses and Branches of the college

From this interface Director/Administrator will allocate a running course in institution

After course allocation, he can manage a course wise running branch.

Now Managed course and Branch will available in all college login

Create & Manage teacher login (Allot Subject & Students)

From this interface director will create a teacher account using new teacher button on successful creation teacher login mail will sent on teacher Email ID

When teacher will login first time then Bio-Data form will open, where teacher will provide all required information and after teacher confirmation Bio-Data will be available on college login side, after director authentication Bio-data Acceptance mail will sent on teacher Email ID

After Bio-Data Authentication Director will allot a teacher subjects and branch wise student

After Bio-Data Authentication Director will allot a teacher selected subject and branch wise student

Teacher will work according to allotted subject and student

Authenticate attendance from teachers

This provision is available for daily attendance; teacher will submit daily attendance according to allotted subject and student and director /Administrator will authenticate these attendance.

Authenticate Sessionals from teachers

Teacher will submit theory / internal Practical sessional marks, which is available for authentication, after authentication sessional data will be available for university

Submit and Manage students Complaints

Through this interface college can submit student related complaint to the university

After complain submission from this interface email will sent on student email id with complaint number and verification code through student can watch complaint status at any time.

Submitted complain also available on university panel for solution, and when university will give any response on this complain then one email id on director Email id and another one is on student email id will sent

Read Circulars from University

A circular which is submitted by university shall be made available in college login automatically.

Process flow for teacher

Teacher login information will be available on teacher Email ID Teacher Login


This entire task will work on allotted subject and students in that subject.
