Customer Service skills I have developed customer service skills by working as sales assistant in a press shop at Bucharest Victoria

Business Park and Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport. Both of them required interaction with clients throughout the day, answering their questions, dealing with transactions and being friendly and respectful at all time.

Team Working and Problem Solving skills As a student, I have successfully led an important group project for which we were given a very short amount of

time to complete. In spite of this, I managed to assess the time and my team members rhythm of work and to plan our steps, while also keeping constant interaction and cooperation between us. When faced with the problem of not meeting the deadline because of one of the members slow pace, I quickly adapted the project and made changes to the plan. The project was finished in time and for its quality we were marked with a first.

Time Management and Organisational skills Working as a volunteer and a full-time student at the same time required good organising and prioritising. I was

faced with situations when I had to manage my work as a student and volunteer, while still keeping free time for my hobbies. I believe this also demonstrates my ability to focus and work well under pressure.

Learning Agility and Adaptability Volunteering for Source TV (Coventry University TV channel) and treasurer for Krishna Consciousness Society

demonstrates my ability to adapt to any new circumstances and to learn on the go. As a staff member at Krishna Society I quickly learned new skills and responsibilities and performed them in an efficient way. As a Source TV volunteer, although I had never worked as an editor or as a video filming before or used the language and information they used, I managed to quickly learn all the new software and be an active member of the society.

Writing Being able to create and bring my imagination to life for other people to enjoy too is one of my main passions in
life.

Foreign languages I enjoy learning new foreign languages and being able to speak with people in their own mother-tongues is very
rewarding for me. Apart from my knowledge of English, French and Spanish, I have also studied, at a beginner level, German and I have taken a module of Italian for my next academic year.

Travel and History I am very passionate about studying the past, exchanging thoughts with people from other countries. I also like to
explore places and understand different cultures through travel.
