Having over 25 years of experience in the Engineering and Construction fields with extensive design and consulting engineering background and over fifteen years of working experience with leading Turkish, US and European design and consulting partners and having clients ranging from CIS countries to middle east, Caucuses and the military works completed for the USACE in Europe, Iraq and Afghanistan, URAL Engineering has gathered a vast working experienced with varying international design codes, requirements and site specific conditions. URAL teams made up of expert engineers, architects, supervisors and construction managers, can handle mid to large scale multi discipline Consulting Design and Design and Build projects. URAL Engineering has the capacity to undertake Consulting, Architecture and Engineering Design works in Turkey, Russia, Moldavia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Middle East, Mid Asia Balkans and the Caucuses. established in January 1991 in Ankara. The founders of the firm are Mr. Orhan Ural, MSCE and Mr. Sreyya Ural, BSCE, MBA. Mr. Orhan Ural is the founder and 25 years General manager and the CEO of a well known Turkish Consulting Engineering firm GEMA Inc. which was Turkeys leading infrastructure, dam, airfield, roads and Motorways design and Consulting firm. Mr. O. Ural actually took part and led a large force of engineers and architects in rendering studies, design and consulting services for a great number of government, military and industrial investment projects. When URAL Engineering was established as a core specialty Engineering and Architectural Consulting Company, it had the advantage of having the experience of its partners at its disposal and possessing a large archive of technical documents of a variety of completed projects. In full tandem with this experience, URAL Engineering has the capabilities of utilizing the latest computer aided design, drafting and computing methods, software and output peripherals. TOPOGRAPHICAL STUDIES : The site mapping, leveling, surveying studies are carried out by our associate firms. Drawings are provided in digital format ready to be manipulated according to the project requirements. This of course simplifies and accelerates the design process as well as increasing the accuracy of the final project. CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION, CONSULTING & CONTRACT MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES :

Having the years of design, site supervision and construction management experience URAL has combined the management and supervision requirements of Design and Build construction and general contracting activities. A large inventory of local and Turkish subcontractors who have the most desired capabilities for the specific project are put together to form task forces that can immediately takeover and handle various components of a construction project. Each task force is headed by a URAL chief engineer or architect who shall superintend and be responsible from the overall performance of the team.

1991 - Present Mr. Ahmet Sreyya Ural is the founding partner of URAL Engineering Ltd, established in 1991. After working as Project Manager in the company for 5 years, Mr. Ural has assumed the Company General Management position in 1996 and still continuing his engineering and Company management activities in this capacity. URAL Engineering has undertaken various projects during this period listed in detail in the Completed Works List of URAL Engineering Co. Mr. URAL has leaded a number of teams under his organization as well as subconsultants for many of these projects.
