Aims and Objectives 1. To provide for common place for meeting of the members of the Society for the Purpose recreation, discussion, of common problems Encouragement of thrift, Advancement of social welfare ideas, Mutual Assistance, protection of interest of members etc. The main objective of this SOCIETY is to work for outmost development of human beings through creating awareness in social, educational, scientific economic technological and spiritual matters. it constantly strives to eliminate inequality, Illiteracy, superstitions, Child labor, ignorance, Anti-Social Feelings, Alcoholism, Smoking, Chewing tobacco and all other root Causes inimical it health, & Environment. The main objectives of the Society shall be form SHGs and advance loan and micro loans to such SHGs . To start and run all types of education institutions right the lower level to college level including baby sitting CBSE & ICSE and Residential School, Pre-Primary, Higher Primary, Secondary, Higher secondary School, Pre-University Colleges, Pharmacy Colleges, Nursing College, D.Ed, B.Ed, C.P.Ed, Medical, Vocational, I.T.I. Ayurvedic, Homeopathic College, Para Medical, Engineering College, Polytechnic, Fine Arts, Law Colleges, Agriculture College, Horticulture College, Sericulture Music, Drawing, Painting College Commercial/Business Management Institutions and Training Institutions like Computer, Job Oriented Course, Industrial Course, Typing, Shorthand, Tailoring, Embroidery ,Knitting, Contract and Road Buildings etc. To start library of books, Literatures, Newspapers and other relevant and useful knowledgeable materials for the members of the Society To start and promote tailoring training, computer training, short hand, embroiderer, Knitting, Automobiles, Electonics & Electrical Motor Rewinding, Balwadi, Mahila Mandal, Painting, Ministries, Adult Education, and other women welfare activities etc.

7. To start and promote health check up camps i.e. eye camp, cancer camps, Aids awareness camps etc. 8. To start and run the old age homes, create center, day unit ashram, etc. 9. 2 11.To Organize and conduct all types of cultural activities/programmes for all the members of the Society. 12.To arrange conventions, camps conference, seminars meeting etc. 13.To promotion of the charity and sports. 14.To start and run reading rooms Library and hostels for all the pupils and students at the area of operation and start hostels and free boarding for the needy students. 15.To provide education in Poultry Farming, Dairy Technology, Sheep/goat Farming Activities, Bidri Arts and allied activities. 16.To start condensed courses of education for pre-metric and colleges. 17.To start early childhood education for 3 to 6 age group children and non-formal education for elementary age group children under the programme of universalization of elementary education. 18.To eradicate the social evils of the area of operation of the society by implementing of rural and urban development activities and slum area, backward area developing under government schemes. 19.To undertake such offer other programmes and activities as would benefit the Rural and Urban people. To co-operative with or assist any other organization with similar objects. Drought prone area DWACRS programme, Desert development programs, Watershed development, waste land development, HUDCO schemes employment assurance schemes, National social assistance programes. 23.National Maternity Benefit Scheme, special scheme for N.G.OS., national pulses development schemes, special food grains production programme for maize and millets Oil seed production programmes Drip installation, drip demonstration, Green Houses and Mulching. for the development of agricultural land to raise maximum crops, also to provide Agro Education and to start Agro industry to provide modern implements, Machineries and their accessories with proper knowledge and skill of their utilization. 26.To start special programmes for the welfare of rural youths, rural, womens and children by taken help of sate and central Government Schemes. To promote health and nutrition education among the rural and urban poor people. To undertake special programmes designed to benefit rural women belonging to weaker sections., to remove time consuming drudgery house hold chores and enable them to devote more attention to the care of the family and children. Cont3 3 27.To provide low cost housing to shelterless peoples and to collect and disseminate information about development programme for the benefit for rural poor. And assist the rural poor people for securing the benefits available under deferent development programmes of the Government. And to promote the welfare of the rural poor people and to improve their living standards and enable them to lead a better quality of life. 28. To improve the formulation and implementation of tribal development pragramme, womens training centers, institutes for rehabilitation of women in distress. Disabled child development and welfare of street children and to provide shelter to orphan children start foster care services. To raise bank loans for organization development programme. 30.To support any relief activity either directly or trough organization and institutions regarding such relief. 31.To ameliorate and advance the condition and status of destitute men and women, window, displaced men and women fold, to grant scholarships, stipends etc. to students and other needy persons. 32.To do charitable deeds and to assist and finance deserving causes. 33.To impart training in skills to non-student youth and also provide them opportunities of employment, self employment etc., and to promoting physical health and sports, consciousness among youth against social evils such as dowry, untouchability drug addiction etc., and to rehabilitate the victims of evil riche of the society and render service for the development village women, folk and to render services for organizing youth camps for promoting National Integration, National Development and for taking up social service activities and holding of seminars. 34.To Educate the social evils of the area of operation of the society by implementing of rural and urban development activities and slum area, Backward area development under government schemes. 35.To organize institutions of the learning for imparting education and knowledge and for developing research facilities and fine arts. 36.To establish and organize the institutions for rendering medical and to humanity. 37.To start and run the special school and training center for their selfemployment to handicapped persons deaf and dumb schools, mentally retarded persons and to provide the education. 38.To start environment awareness among the rural people and to undertake social forestry and agro forestry Activities. 39.To promote waste lands development protection preservation of the forests. 40.Promotion and development of technology for occupations engaging Artisans, landless labors, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled

Tribes and other weaker sections with a view to creating additional occupation and employment for the primary beneficiary groups. 41.To Construct and maintain Hostel for working women with a day care centre, short stay homes womens training centers etc. 42.To construct and maintain temples, church, mosques, girijaghars and offer pooja, Prayer etc. 43.To render services to humanity in general. 44.To run & maintain a Reading Room/ library of books Government orders connected with arts, culture, educational and of general interest.

4 45.To undertake the publication of News Paper, Posters, Charts, Literary materials in the form of books, periodicals, journals, circular letters or in any other form which may be found useful in fulfilling the objects of the association. 46.Rehabilitation of Leprosy cured persons. 47.To Provide games (indoor and outdoor) and other pasting facilities luncheons swimming pools and to arrange picnics symposiums Cinema, lanterns, Drama Jugglery or other show, exhibitions, summer camps, Meditation, Yoga, Karate, Boxing, Physical exercises, Lecture, Historical Traveling Excursions, Bicycle, Motor, Cycle riding computations and Car driving Whether in or outside the city. 48.To Provide training for crime detective and security service staff (Grade) training centers, Processing of cashew nuts, Badam, soap detergents, Candle, Agarbathi, Bricks, Packing & fisheries, fire fighting training, Self defense, Karate classes etc. 49.To start rural development programme (Rural health programs provide free water, toilet facilities for rural poor). 50.To provide urban development programs in urban areas health programs with the help of Govt/semigovt and other NGOs and act as NODEL PROGRAMER for other NGOs. 51.To do work under General Grant-in-aid schemes of assistance to voluntary organizations in the field of women child Development Employment cum income generating units for women(NORAD) Education work for the prevention of injustice on women, Holiday Camps, Creech day Care Center for Child of Working and Ailing Mothers, Development of the advantage groups for tribal pupils welfare. 52.Promotion of non conventional energy. 53.Implement programmes for youth and to facilitate involvement of youth in developmental activities. 54.Disabled child development and welfare of street children. 55.To promote waste lands development protection and preservation of forests. 56.Implement programmes for youth and to facilitate involvement of youth in development activities. 57.Start the Khadi Village Industry programs and K.I.D.B Units. 58.To provide free water/sanitary facilities in draught areas of the urban and rural areas. 59.The president is authorized to correspond with the registrar of societies Bidar.

60.Any funds and contribute will not be distributed among members b) But to be utilized only for the fulfillment of objectives for the Society.

RULES AND REGULATIONS EXPLANATION:a) SOCIETY Means: MULTIPURPOSE EDUCATION, RURAL AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY b) General Body Means: the General Body Comprising of all the valid Members of all categories under the Rules and Regulation of the SOCIETY. c) Board of Management Means: The Board of management constituted by General body of the SOCIETY. d) Members Means: A person who attained the age of 18 years and above fulfills of all the conditions of the SOCIETY And who enrolled as a member of the SOCIETY. 2. MEMBERSHIP: a) Every Member should strictly abide by the constitution, Rules and Regulation of the SOCIETY. b) Every members has the right to vote in the meeting all others members shall be ordinary members of the SOCIETY. c) Every member having sound mind of the age 18 years and above and declared as a Member of the SOCIETY has right to vote and who is not convicted for any offence d) The application for membership shall be recommended by any to of the Members And approve the board of management in their meeting e) The membership shall be ceased or canceled in case of death or involved in any crime failed to pay membership fees or absent continuously from 3 meeting or involve in illegal and anti-management activities. f) Any member who contributed as member of the SOCIETY at the time of registration and after declared as member and who shall be paying regularly the annual subscription as Life Member Rs, 501 and Ordinary Member Rs. 101/g) Members once who contributed the members fees/donation is not refundable under circumstance and also not entitled to be transferred in anybodys names however the general boy reserve the right either to accept or reject anybodys membership. 3. CONSTITUTION OF THE GENERAL BODY: General body included only Hatgar caste members of the SOCIETY

a) At the beginning of each financial year, the General Body shall approved and Sanction Account of Expenditure for the year past and a statement of proposed expenditure for the year to come. b) All the question before the meeting of general body of the SOCIETY shall be decided by the majority of votes, the president having a casting vote, in case of policy of votes, in addition to his vote as a member.

PRESIDENT Cont2 2 c) The General body shall have the power to bring or make any amendments to Exiting Rules and regulation of the SOCIETY and elect the office bearer of the board of Scheduled caste management only. d) The whole administration, management and financial affairs of the SOCIETY shall rest in the board of management. e) General body meeting of the SOCIETY shall held with a year in by giving a clear fifteen day of notice to the entire members specifies the nature of business to be transacted, the date time and the place of meeting. f) The quorum for the General body meeting not less than 1/3rd of total members of the SOCIETY. Shall form 3 quorums for the meeting of the general body. CONSTITUTION OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT For better management of all the affairs connected with the SOCIETY there shall be Board of management the board of management shall consist of 07 members a) The office bearers of the board of management shall be elected at the end of Every year during the annual meeting of the SOCIETY the same members being Eligible for re election as the office bearer. b) If during the one-year tenure, owing to the death or registration of any of Board Of management member, the vacancy thus created shall be filled by the board of Management from amongst the general body. c) It shall be the business of the board of management: 1. To sanction any funds,

2. To call for the meeting of the SOCIETY subject to sec.11 of the K.S.R. Act 1960. By giving 15/10/8 days of clear prior notice in writing to all the members of the SOCIETY 3. To appoint an auditor for account subject to sec.12 of KSR act 1960 the board of management shall take all necessary steps to keep proper accounts of income and expenditure and asset and liabilities. 4. To take very necessary legal step in the matter of the SOCIETY. 5. To represent the SOCIETY in its correspondence with the govt. 6. The board of management shall have full access to the record of the SOCIETY 7. All questions before the meeting of the board of management of the SOCIETY shall be decided by the majority of votes, the president have a casting vote of quality of votes in additions to his vote as a member. 8. Is shall be duty of the board of management to arrange for the collection of funds for the benefit of the SOCIETY

PRESIDENT Cont3 3 09. There shall be four meeting of the board management in a year. 10. Quorum for the board of management not less than 2/3rd of total Members of the SOCIETY. The quorum for ordinary meeting of the board of management the SOCIETY shall consist of more than 1/3rd if its majority otherwise will be adjourned for next day and date and there shall be the adjourned for want of quorum. 5. OFFICE BEARERS AND THEIR POWERS: Office bearers shall be elected once in a year at the annual meeting of the SOCIETY by a majority of votes. PRESIDENT: 1. The president shall be the head of the SOCIETY and shall be overall Management of its Members. 2. The president may call an urgent meeting with prior notice of 3 days in writing if there is any urgency. 3. In case of emergency take all such steps as may be required to safe the interest of the SOCIETY and to report the same to the general body/board of management for its approval. VICE-PRESIDENT: Vice President shall discharge the duties of president in his absence. GEN-SECRETARY 1. It is the duty of the secretary of the SOCIETY its to call meeting to issue circulars to correspond under the direction of board of management and to carry out their instructions JOINT SECRETARY: 1. Joint-Secretary shall discharge the duties of Secretary in his absence.

TREASURER: The treasurer shall arrange to meeting, all accounts receipts books like cash Book, ledger and all documentary records pertaining to the receipt and payment of the source including bank bass book cheque book of the SOCIETY and shall arrange to get the account of the SOCIETY audited annually as approved by the board of management. FINANCIAL RESOURCES: The financial resources for the implementation of the object and the activities of the SOCIETY shall be raised through Donations from members, public etc. loans from banks and grants from government, semi government department and any other local bodies. BANKS ACCOUNTS: One or more Bank accounts may be opened in the name of the SOCIETY and PRESIDENT AND VICE-PRESIDENT shall operate all such accounts in their Joint Signatures. AUDIT: A recognized auditor shall audit the account of the SOCIETY every year and the general body should approve the audited report. ANNUAL RETURN: Annual returns shall be filed along with list of board of management with their particulars in every year with registrar of SOCIETY. Bidar in accordance with section 13 of KSR Act1960. ELECTION OF THE SOCIETY: The vote would be castled on secrete ballet method. The election of the office bearers, will be held in supervision of nominated by the board of management and advisor of the, SOCIETY. AMENDMENT: 3/4th majority of the general body can amend the construction of the, SOCIETY in a special meeting. As per section 9 & 10 of the KSR Act 1960. DISSOLUTION OF THE SOCIETY: The, SOCIETY shall only be dissolved by 3/4th majority of the members present at the meeting specially convened for that purpose and resolution is passed to that effect and the same shall be dissolved. YEAR OF THE SOCIETY: The year of the SOCIETY shall be 1st of April to 31st of March

WORKING HOURS OF THE SOCIETY: The working hours of the SOCIETY shall be from 10.A.M to 2 P.M and 5 P.M to 9P.M AMALGMATION & REORGANISATIO: Regarding the amalgamation and reorganization of the SOCIETY section 21, of the Karnataka SOCIETY registration Act 1960 shall be followed. The funds of the SOCIETY shall be invested in modes specified under the provisions of section 13(1) (d) read with section 13 (5) of Income-Tax Act 1961. CERTIFIED: That this is a correct and true copy of the Rules and Regulation of the MULTIPURPOSE EDUCATION, RURAL AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY. CHILD LABOUR: It is specially decided that no child labor of any kind especially domestic child labour will be employed in the premises, building, and office, rented or owned by the SOCIETY.
