accused of three counts each of making false statements
and tax p3)ments in 2006, 2007. and 2008.
Fischer .... 'US charged in March, made his first court
appearance last month and pled not guilty. He returned

the minimum fine while a second count .... -as stayed. The outstanding return has since been filed and she has until
April 2013 to pay her fine.
It's not clear how much she owed.
