It shall be treated as 15 days notice for start of construction. Construction can be starte ,
in case no objection is conveyed to be applicant.

. Any authorized officer reserves the right to check the building plans and construction at a
stage and violation, if found shall have to be rectified.

. If tho buildingis constructod in contra,ontion to any buildingrogulations, tho aut :~I {j;j! C2f
officer shall require the building plans to be altered or demolished by a written notice~!~~ {
notice is not complied, the authorized person may demolish the said building at the expense of
the owner.

Occup.ation Certificate:

. On completion of the building, the owner and architect to submit completion drawings
alongwith affidavit and following documents:

(i) Self-assessment of violation;


(ii) Both the owner and architect to give an Affidavit that no rules have been violated; and
(iii) Photographs of front, site and rear setbacks and other essential areaS to be submitted.

. Competent authority will issue Occupation Certificate within 10 working days with the
required completion drawings, forms and affidavits.

Draft notification yet to be issued by Government. It will be circulated when received. Government to
invite objections and thereafter, notify the policy. Expected date of final notification is December \0
end, 2008.
