I'm writing this faq because i started become an author just two months ago, and i already finished my walktrough for Suikoden 3, the best RPG in PlayStation 2. So, i'll try my best in this faq. I know that this is an old game, and there're many other faqs that better than this one. But i just want to create a walktrough for my favorite game ever, altough it's late. Anyway, for everyone that support my work, i really appreciate it. Before reading this faq, or even print it, i warn you one thing. THIS FAQ IS CONTAIN SPOILERS, but i'll try to minimize them. A : I'll give a short review for this game Storyline 10/10 --------Suikoden 2 has a GREAT storyline, which is happen 3 years after the

first Suikoden. You'll understand once you play it. Music 9/10 ----Suikoden series have their music syle. Suikoden 2 has an interesting music that won't make you bored, trust me. Gameplay 10/10 -------Perfect! Although the graphics still in 2D, Suikoden 2 has a great Gameplay. It's fast ---> that won't make you take times only for walking, and the game itself isn't hard at all. Character 10/10 --------108 Characters!!! And more than 40 CAN fight! Amazing! You'll see what's the different from the other RPG while you play Suikoden 2. Every character have their own story, different attitudes,different quotes, and stats (only fighter). Graphic 7/10 ------Although the graphic isn't to good (2D), but it doens't matter.When you're into the game, you won't care how bad the graphic is. Q : How's the battle system ? A : The battle system is similar from Suikoden 1. You still have 6 spaces for 6 people (max) in your party. Every character have commands,which mean in a battle you can give 6 commands (max) for every characters. Example : ____________________________ ! ! ! A C E < frot line > ! ! B D F < back line > ! !____________________________! When you encounter a battle, you'll be given 4 commands - Fight --> let you give different commands for every characters - Let go / run (depend on your levels) --> Let the enemies go, or run away from the battle - Bribe ( pay the enemies to let you go ) - Auto ( every character will attack random enemies ) If you choose "Fight", there will be 6 commands for each character >Attack ---> attack selected enemy >Defend ---> defend >Rune ---> use magic / rune >Item ---> use item FROM your equipment >Unite ---> use unite attack There are 4 kinds of unite attack - 2 people unite attacks - 3 people unite attacks - 4 people unite attacks - 5 people unite attacks Different unite attacks give you different effects Eg : sleep, unbalanced, etc. >Shift ---> Switch position (front to back, or back to front ) eg : A C E < front line > B D F < back line > > A or B choose "switch" the formation become

Q : How do we know characters' equipment, rune, or strength ? A : If you're not in battle (normal condition), push square button, and you'll see these commands __________________________ ! ! ! Item strength ! ! rune formation ! ! equipment setting ! !__________________________! > item > > > > > ---> bag :to see what you have in your bag key items : to use your key item (eg : blinking mirror ) equipment ---> to see character's equipment (including armor,helmet, etc.) rune ---> see your character's rune ( There are a few characters that have 3 rune slots including Riou ---> the main hero ) strength ---> your characters' status (attack, defend,magic, etc. ) formation ---> Let you change your formations setting ---> Change the game's setting (message speed, sound, etc.)

Q : Is magic powerful ? A : Yes, in Suikoden 2 magic is absolutely powerful and very useful. Why? Because you can put 5/6 magician in your party, which can cast their magic every turn---> very easy (unlike Suikoden 3). but be careful, don't use all 6 characters in your party all casting magic (use 5 and 1 character attack , you'll know why when you play the game with all 6 characters using magic including Nanami) Q : Is the game difficult ? A : For many reasons, i can say "the game isn't difficult". Q : What's Barbara doing in my castle ? A : She's the warehouse keeper. Q : How many ending does the game have ? A : Suikoden 2 has 4 different endings. See section XII. Q : Should I play Suikoden 1 first? A : You shouldn't. But load file from suikoden 1 let you use Mc Dohl - the hero from Suikoden 1 , who has a powerful Soul Eater* and 3 rune slots. He's also the strongest character (powerful and great magician) in Suikoden 2. How to recruit: he's the main hero 2. TENKI : Shu How to recruit : join automatically if you proceed the story (he's in Radat town), Apple will mention him after you beat Abomination , after you got your castle/ HQ. 3. TENYU : Humphrey How to recruit : You can only recruit him when you go to Matilda at the first time. He's in Highway Village. What must you do, follow this direction 1. When you first enter Highway Village, you'll see a scene (Futch and a Kent talking about dragon) 2. Then go to the inn, and speak to Humphrey, he'll pay for your room that night 3. The next morning, go out and you'll find Kent want to go to Mountain Rakutei 4. speak to Humphrey again, watch the scene 5. After that stay for another night in the inn 6. The next day, everyone will worry about Kent ( who hasn't come back ) tell them that Kent want to go to Rakutei Mountain, and offer them your help. 7. Go to Rakutei Mountain ( north of Highway village) , fight Harpy there (invincible to Lightning) he has about 7000 hp, after you beat him, continue north, watch the scene, see what's going on 8. After everything is over, offer Futch & Humphrey to join your group, then both of them will join you. 4. TENMOU : Kiba How to recuit : Join automatically after you beat him and Klaus in a battle. No matter what you say Shu won't let you cut off their head, so they'll join you. 5. TENEI : Sierra How to recuit : Go to Tigermouth village when Kahn ask you to meet someone there, she'll fight you. Beat her, and she'll join automatically. 6. TENFU : Nina How to recruit : Join automatically after Greenhill mission. 7. TENKO : Viktor How to recruit : Join automatically in South Window ( after you escape from Muse City ) 8. TENGOU : Ridley or Boris Wizen How to recruit : > Ridley ---> join automatically after finished mission at Two River. > Boris ---> join automatically to replace Ridley if you choose to give up in Tinto ( If you choose to give up in Tinto, Ridley will die ) note : Ridley is much stronger than Boris, so don't give up while Nanami ask you in Tinto. 9. TENKAI : Luc How to recruit : Join automatically 10. TENYU : Hauser How to recruit : join automatically in Tinto after you defeat Neclord 11. TENI : Pesmerga How to recruit : Once you get 100+ characters, go to Cave of the wind (where you fight Star Dragon Sword) he'll standing there, just ask him to join your

army, he'll join. 12. TENKI : Teresa How to recruit : Join automatically 13. TENMAN : Sigfried / Abizboah How to recruit : Note : Before recruiting monsters, you must have listening crystals that you get from Badeaux to recruit them. Because he only give you two, i suggest you to recruit Feather (later) and Sigfried/Abizboah (i prefer Sigfried , Abizboah is ugly ) . Recruiting Feather that means you recruit Ayda too , so to get all 108 stars you must get Feather. Sigfried ---> Go to Unicorn forest (the forbidden forest in Kobold Village ) And walk to the end of the forest (there should be a big tree), and bring Tengaar in your party. If Tengaar is in your party, when the listening crystal is shining, choose to use listening crystal. Sigfried will appear and join you. Abizboah ---> You can get him at Tinto mine. He's around the biggest lake there. Use listening crystal to get him join. 14. TENSYO : Tomo or Valeria How to recruit Tomo : When Tsai tell you that he leave something in his house (Ryube forest),go there with Tsai in your party and you'll find Tomo. How to recruit Valeria : If you choose her (not Kasumi) in Gregminster she will be Tensyo star, replace Tomo. But i prefer Kasumi to Valeria. ---- 2nd page ---15. TENRITSU : Fitcher How to recruit : join automatically after Two River mission 16. TENAN : Flik How to recruit : Join automatically at the same time with Viktor (South window ) 17. TENKU : Jess How to recruit : Join automatically after you defeat Neclord IF you say I didn't betray anyone, then ask him to fight together. 18. TENI : Georg Prime How to recruit : After you defeated Neclord, Go to the path between Tiger mouth and Drakemouth, talk to him and he'll join you if you promise not to give up. 19. TENBI : Killey How to recruit : He's in South Window after you beat Luca. Talk to him ( He's in front of the Trading Post , wearing red suit ), tell him Alex know something about Cyndar Ruins, then go to your castle (to Alex's item shop) , after the scene there, head back to South Window . Ask him to join you about 4 times. and he'll join you. 20. TENTAI : Feather How to recruit : Once you beat Luca, go to Forest village, in front of the trading post you'll see a scene. Help Ayda and beat 3 griffins ( a piece of cake ) and use Listening crystal. Both (Ayda and Feather) will join you.

Note : Recruit Feather if you want to get all 108 stars!!!! 21. TENKEN : Rina How to recruit : Join automatically in Coronet (after you escape from Muse) 22. TENZAI : Ellie How to recruit : Join at the same time with Rina 23. TENSYO : Clive How to recruit : Once you can get to your boat ( after you recruit Amada ) and try your boat, go to Southwindow. Search for a man with all-black , talk to him and tell him that you can get to Lakewest. 24. TENYU : Tsai How to recruit : join automatically in Ryube forest 25. TENSOKU : Stallion How to recruit : After Greenhill mission, go talk to him (he's an elf that always running like crazy ). Beat him in the race. To win the race you must AT LEAST run away or let go from 50 battles. 26. TENSATSU : Hanna How to recruit : After Toto burned, ask him to join you. 27. TENKYU : Anita How to recruit : 1. If you want to recruit her in Muse (inn) : - Be a nice man to her 3 times. How to do it ? easy. Talk to her and say to her that she's beauty and whatever, and if she ask for an antitoxin or whatever she want, give her what she want. Repeat this three times by go out and re-enter the town. Soon, there will be an option to let her join you. If you don't recruit her now, she will appear later in Banner Village. 2. If you want to recruit her in Banner Village (inn): - Use the same way. Note : I suggest you to recruit her in Banner, because her level already 42, if you recruited her in Muse, she's only lvl 16. 28. TENJYU : Nanami How to recruit : join automatically 29. TENHEI : Tai Ho How to recruit : Win 5000 potch from him , he'll join along with Yam Koo. Note : he's in Kuskus Port. 30. TENSON : Yam Koo How to recruit : Join along with Tai Ho. ---- 3rd page ---31. TENPAI : Bolgan How to recruit : join automatically with Ellie and Rina while you're in Coronet Town. 32. TENSUI : Tengaar How to recruit : 1. After Two River mission , go to Lakewest inn , bring people from Suikoden 1 (eg : Flik,Viktor ) and you'll see Hix and Tengaar in a conversation.

2. Then, head to Kobold Village. Follow them to the chief's house. Tengaar will "cursed" by the Unicorn. Now, you have to do subquest. 3. - Head to South Window item shop, buy something that the chief told you before, then go back to Kobold Village to meet the chief again. - Head to Cave of the wind and you'll find a red flower there, bring it to the chief. - Head to Two River Sewer ( when you ran after Chaco ) and continue walking until you see someone drop a bell, Hix will take it and you must back to the chief's house. 4. When you arrived, Tengaar will gone. Head to the forest there, and continue to the end, watch the scene there, after some conversations Tengaar will join you along with Hix. 33. TENKOKU : Yoshino How to recruit : After Two River mission, Bring Freed to the southest house in Radat, speak to Yoshino there and let her join your group. 34. CHIKAI : Klaus How to recruit : Join automatically with Kiba 35. CHIYU : Tetsu How to recruit : Buy some fried tacos from two river KOBOLD item shop, and use it on your hero, then head to LAKEWEST, speak to the man in the first house from the right (make sure you're toasty) and say to him that you like bath. He'll join your group and make a bathtub in your castle. 36. CHIYU : Wakaba How to recruit : Before you go to Greenhill at the first time,your level should be above 30, and you have lvl 2 castle. Go to Forest Village first (North-west from Greenhill) and talk to Wakaba there. You'll impressed her and she'll join. 37. CHIEI : Genshu How to recruit : After you sharpened your weapon to lvl 15, go to Coronet (after Muse Liberation, before taking Matilda ) and you'll find Genshu, let him check your weapon. If you have a sharp weapon, he'll join. 38. CHIMOU : Miklotov How to recruit : Join automatically when you completed Matilda mission. 39. TENROU : Hix How to recruit : Look how to recruit Tengaar. 40. TENBOU : Freed Y. How to recruit : Join automatically at South Window 41. TENKOU : Chaco How to recruit : Join automatically after you defended Two River. 42. CHIRETSU : Gilbert How to recruit : When you encounter him in Muse, DO NOT ATTACK HIS UNIT/ DO NOT MOVE FROM YOUR PLACE. Let Flik attack him (automatically) to make his unit wounded. Then, Flik and Viktor will talk to him and make him join. 43. CHIKETSU : Jeanne How to recruit : After Greenhill attacked, go to Two River rune shop,you'll see Jeanne as the new runemaster there. Simply talk to her (not to buy or attach rune ) to get her join. 44. CHII : Max

How to recruit : After you defeat Luca Blight, enter South Window, and he'll automatically run into you and join you. If you don't meet him, re-enter the town, he should be there. 45. CHIKI : Camus How to recruit : Join automatically with Miklotov. 46. CHIBUN : Jude How to recruit : After Greenhill's liberation, go to Greenhill, talk to him at the blacksmith's class. He'll search for a clay. Next, head to Forest village, head to the hidden path behind the house on the right side. talk to a boy there to get a clay, and bring it to Jude. He'll gladly join you.

---- 4th page ----47. CHISEI : Lebrante How to recruit : you will need to let him appraise a Celadon Urn. You can buy these from the trade centre in Gregminster or you can fight the flying squirrels who occasionally drop them. 48. CHITOU : Tony How to recruit : When your castle reach lvl 2, head to the house beside the trading post. Talk to the man in the southest room , and he'll join you. 49. CHIAN : Rikimaru How to recruit : Pay for his meal (3000 potch) in Ryube village or Coronet. 50. CHIKAI : Simone How to recruit : Once you beat Luca, go to Banner village and buy rose brooch at the item shop there (rare find), after that go to Radat, he's at the south from where's Amada's standing before. Give the rose brooch to him, and he'll join you. 51. CHIYU : Hans How to recruit : Once you talk to him and offer him leave for some money, but finished Matilda mission. you. reach Two River, go to the inn. Head to 2nd floor, your castle for his shop for 300.000 potch. He'll don't worry. Come back here later after you He'll get all the money (300.000 potch) and join

52. CHIJYU : Tuta How to recruit : Talk to him at the center of the town after the meeting in MUSE. Don't forget to recruit him, and also recruit him before night. ' 53. CHIKYU : Tomo or Kasumi How to recruit : If you choose Kasumi Tomo will go to Valeria's place.If you want to know how to recruit Tomo, look how to recruit Valeria / Tomo. If you recruit Kasumi, Mondo and Sasuke can join when you have at least 60 recruits, but if you choose Valeria, you can recruit Mondo and Sasuke after you have at least 100 recruits. 54. CHIZEN : Mazus How to recruit : Once you have 100 + recruits, go to Tinto mine and talk to him to make him join. 55. CHIKATSU : Lorelai How to recruit : Once you have 60 recruits (castle lvl 3) talk to her after recruiting Killey, she'll join you in Gregminster.

56. CHIKYOU : Gijimu How to recruit : Join automatically after you defeat Neclord. 57. CHIJIKU : Gantetsu How to recruit : Once you have 100 recruits, bring 6 strong people in your party, and talk to him at the right side of South Window village. 58. CHISA : Conell How to recruit : Once you have 70 recruits, go to Forest village, head to the second house from the left , and give him sound set, he'll join you. 59. CHIREI : Huan How to recruit : Join automatically if you recruit Tuta after defeating Solon Jhee's army. 60. CHIBI : Futch How to recruit : Look how to recruit Humphrey. 61. CHIBAKU : Badeaux How to recruit : Before or after defeating Luca (you should have lvl 3 castle) talk to him with ONLY Shiro in your party. He'll join you and GIVE YOU TWO LISTENING CRYSTAL. 62. CHIKOU : Mondo How to recruit : Bring Kasumi to Rokkaku , and he'll join with Sasuke ( I think you need at least 60 characters). If you choose Valeria, come to Rokkaku after you have 100+ recruits to recruit them. Note : Some peoples can't find Rokkaku. Rokkaku Village is hidden between the trees in Banner forest. It is locate 2 screens after ladder and BEFORE Save point.

---- 5th page ----63. CHIKYOU : Sasuke How to recruit : After recruiting Mondo, talk to him in front of the trading post (IF you bring Kasumi, if not he'll join with Mondo) 64. CHISOU : Adlai How to recruit : Give him Sacrificial Jizo (Bolgan has it), Wooden shield (South window armor shop) , then wind cyrstal the last ( south windoy rune shop ). 65. CHIMEI : Sheena How to recruit : Join automatically in Gregminster. 66. CHITAI : Shiro How to recruit : In ryube forest, take the bird's nest back to the tree, then leave the town and come back to the place. You'll see Shiro and Kinnisson, tell them the truth and they'll join you. 67. CHISUI : Emilia How to recruit : Tell her the truth while you're in Greenhill. if you don't do this at the first time you go to greenhill, you can talk to her after Greenhill liberation. 68. CHIIN : Karen How to recruit : After defeating Luca Blight, go to Kuskus inn and talk to Karen there. Follow her dancing by pushing the right button, and she'll

join if you push the button correctly. 69. CHIRI: Tenkou How to recruit : When you reach Crom Village, speak to the Tenkou inside one of the biggest house there, give him window set ( you can get it from tinto mine ) 70. CHIRAKU : Anallee How to recruit : After Luca Blight killed, go to South window, go to the inn, you'll find Analee then go to the right side in front of Lord Granmeyer's house. You'll find Anallee again, ask her to singing again, and she'll join you after finish the song. 71. CHIHI : Leona How to recruit : join automatically 72. CHIKOU : Raura How to recruit : In Tinto (in front of the mayor's house) talk to her and tell her that you know Jeanne. 73. CHISIN : Kinnison How to recruit : Look how to recruit Shiro. 74. CHIMAN : Amada How to recruit : When Fitcher asking for a boat, head to Radat (where you meat Amada ) and duel him once again, if you win, he'll join you. 75. CHISYU : Zamza How to recruit : Talk to him with Nanami in Toto or South Window's inn. 76. CHII : Lo Wen How to recruit : Join automatically after you defeat Neclord. 77. After 3 turns, your enemy will retreat. After the battle you'll be outside the fort. While you're waiting, someone will tell you that the enemy is attacking again! Now, you must prepare for another battle. Before begin the battle, save. If you're ready, talk to Viktor to begin the battle. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ MAJOR BATTLE #2 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This fight is unwinable. You'll lose no matter what you do. so i'll give you the easiest way to lose. Just move to the north - let the highland enter the fort and you'll be lose without wounded. But if you prefer fight to give up easily, try to hold them awile, before they kill your unit. After you lose, You'll be outside the fort (with Jowy). Jowy will say that you must save Pilika! You'll be given choices 1) I'll go with you. 2) I'm getting out of here. Choose the first option, of course! Then enter the fort. First, you'll fight highland soldiers and their commander. Use buddy attack (unite attack) to kill them all. Then you'll fight another group of Highland soldiers, before you can reach the top floor. After you take them all, enter Flik's room and you'll see a scene shows Pohl killed by Luca. While Luca's planning to kill Pilika, you'll be given two choices : 1) Save her. 2) Don't save her. Choose the first option, then Riou and Jowy will try to stop Luca from killing Pilika. But still you can't. Right when Luca raises his sword, there will be an explosion. Flik and Viktor will come and help you. After that, see the

scenes. When you can control your hero again, you'll be near Toto village with Riou, Jowy, Nanami, and 3 RANDOM party members. When i made this walktrough, i get Rikimaru, Shiro, and Mukumuku. So i'll go with this formation : Riou Rikimaru Shiro < Front line > Jowy Mukumuku Nanami < back line > After that, enter Toto. TOTO VILLAGE -----------When you arrived, Pilika will run into the cave at the north of the village. Follow her and enter the cave. Watch the scene, and after you two agree to continue deeper, you'll see a flashback. After that, you'll be given to choices : 1) Since we need power... 2) I don't need power. Choose whatever you want and Jowy will suggest you to go to the left path, while he go to the right path, to see what kind of 'power' is it. Continue to the left path, when you reach the end, choose "raise your right hand " and you'll gain the 'power' as well as Jowy. After you gain the "power", head back and you'll meet Leknaat again. She'll tell you that you and Jowy bear "true rune" now. You gained the "bright shield rune" and Jowy gained the "black sword rune". After all the conversations, you'll be back near the entrance of the cave, go out of the cave, and go through the bridge to get to Muse area. MUSE CITY --------When you arrived, talk to the guard there, and he'll not allow you to get in. To enter the city, you need an "entry permit". So, leave Muse city to search for a "entry permit". When you're in the world map, direct your way to the east from Muse City and you'll found a small town, enter it. WHITE DEER INN -------------When you arrived, enter the inn there, and Hilda will greet you. You'll stay there one night for free. The next morning, after the conversations, try to leave the inn, and you'll see Alex.Listen to his story, and Nanami will interested in his "entry permit". After some talks, you'll be given options: 1) Forget about it. It sounds dangerous. 2) Sounds interesting, we'll help. Choose the second option when Alex ask you to accompany him to hunt for a treasure. After some talks, buy some medicines at the peddler there, and attach fire rune on Nanami and Shiro (if you don't have enough money, hang around the world-map area to fight enemies, then enter the inn and buy what you need). I suggest you to buy a lot of medicines. After that, save your game by talking to Hilda, and go to the ruin behind the inn (don't leave the town, just follow the path to the north). Sindar Ruins -----------Treasure : Mega medicine, Angry blow, Gauntlet, Shoulder padds, chain mail, water rune, magic drain rune, old book vol. 2, FIRE LIZARD RUNE. Area boss : Double Head First, search the door and Alex will search the door and open it. After Alex opened the door, go straight and left to get the treasure chest (Stone of Magic and Mega Medicine). Next, go north and right to the

next area. At the next intersection, go north (south is a dead-end). Go upstairs to cross over the stream.And get the Angry Blow from the south path, next to the stream. On the other side, you can find a Gauntlet. Now head up to the next section. There's a door, which you can't open for now, right now, so head left and push the statue back to the current place to open the door in the north to find a Shoulder Pads and a Round plate. Place the Round Plate near the locked door to open it. In the area with a snake statue, go left across the bridge to find a Triangle Plate. Go further left to find a broken door (just enter it, you can) to find a chest (Fire Lizard Crystal). Now head back to the statue and go up. Now go left across the bridge to find another statue, a save point and a door needing a Square Plate to be opened. Head back right across the bridge and go right and up some stairs. Place the Triangle plate to and see the scene. Head back to the intersection (without the statue) and go up, head up through a broken bridge to find a chest contain Chain Mail. Go back to the broken bridge and go left and down into the canal. Go down all the way and find a chest (Water Crystal) go back and up and left and take the Square Plate. Go back to the intersection (with the snake statue) and go to the right. Open the door and find 2 chests (Old Book Vol.2) and (Magic Drain Crystal). Now go to the save point area and open the door. Then go north and check the thing right of the door. You'll be given three choices. 1) Everyone 2) fame 3) gold Choose the first option "Everyone". Then go north and be ready for a boss fight. i i i i ---------------------BOSS : DOUBLE HEAD i HP : 2500 i item : Spark crystal i Money: 4000 potch i ----------------------

This boss really not hard. Use all Jowy's powerful rune, and Riou's rune (Great blessing) to heal every 2 turns. Beside healing, use Riou and Nanami's family attack to it. Use Shiro, Rikimaru, and Mukumuku attack (because they are a fighter, but Shiro is a little good mage too...). After you kill the boss (you should finish it 5 or more turns) go continue north and open the treasure. The treasure contain "healing herbs" and after the conversations backtrack all the way to the entrance, and Alex will throw the herb. Then, go back to the inn, and you'll find Hilda, collapse. Watch the scene, after you can control your hero again, go back to the entrance of Sindar Ruins and take back the "healing herb". Then give it to Hilda, She'll be fine after that. The next morning, you'll leave with the entry permit. MUSE CITY --------Character recruited : Tuta , Anita (optional) Before you talk to the guard, Nanami will give you instrucsions about whom you should act. She'll be Hilda, Jowy will be Pete, and you'll be Alex. After the conversations, you'll be given choices 1) Nanami... 2) It'll be fine. Come on already. 3) Let's go, Pete! Choose whatever answer you want, i choose the third option. After that, talk

to the guard there, and he'll give you some questions. Here's the answers : 1) Me! Me! Me! 2) Ahem, I am. 3) Who's who ? If you choose the third option, Nanami will hit your leg, so... choose the second option or the first option (but it's too childish). After some talks, the guards will arrest you and you'll be thrown into a prison... again. Inside the prison, Nanami and Jowy will argue about who was better. And you have to answer them , here are the options 1) Jowy was better. 2) Nanami was better. 3) You both stuck. I personally like to choose the first or the third option, but it's up to you. That night, Jowy couldn't sleep and there will be optional answers again during the conversations. ----- Questions ----1) Can't you sleep ? 2) What is it ? Choose whatever you want. After that, he'll talk to you about his mind. Then he'll ask you if you'll ever go back to Kyaro Town. And you'll be given two choices: 1) Don't worry , we'll go back. 2) ............. Choose the first option, then he'll continue talking. Then you'll be given two choices again. 1) It'll be okay. 2) ............. Be a good friend by choosing the first option. Then he'll tell you that he's jealous to you... and so on. Listen to him, then after a few talks, you'll sleep. The next morning, Viktor and Flik will come to the prison and help you out. After that, Viktor will tell you to go to the City hall at the north of the city. Then go to the inn (tavern) and talk to Leona, she'll take care of Pilika while you're at the city hall. After that, YOU MUST DO SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO GET ALL THE 108 STARS. Go to the right side of the city, then go north until you reach the rune shop. Near there, Elza will appear and ask you to keep two packages for her. After she leaves, go back using the same route and you'll find CLIVE . Clive will ask you about a woman with a blond hair --> Elza , and you'll be given two choices. 1) Nope. Never saw her. 2) I... Er... Choose whatever you want, and Clive will leave. Next, head to the entrance of the city, and you'll have a scene with Clive and Elza. After they leaves, save at the inn, and go sharpen your weapon at the blacksmith, also buy medicines and antitoxin. Then go to the city hall that Viktor suggested. You'll meet Viktor and you'll be taken to Anabelle's room (not her private room). After the conversations, you'll be given two choices 1) Atone him for your crimes ? 2) ............. Choose whatever option you want. After all the conversations, leave, and go to the room on the right (follow Jess). When you entered, Jess will have a plan and ask you to sneak to Highland camp. Then leave the town. Head to the north and take the right path to Muse-Highland Border. HIGHLAND CAMP -------------Talk to the guard there, and he'll show you the way directly to Highland camp. Walk trough the forest, until you reach the camp. Everyone will leave your party, except Jowy who'll stay with you. Jowy will suggest you to go to the tent that guarded by a highland Soldier. So, head there, watch the scene, and the Highland Soldier will tell you that the city state's is a jerk. You'll be given to options : 1) You're right, they are. 2) Hmmm. I wonder. I chose the first option. Jowy will tell you that you're ambushed by the city state, and the highlander will let you in. But before you enter the tent, he will stop you. 1) Yes? 2) What do you want? I chose the first answer, and they'll believe you that you couldn't be spies. Then enter the tent. Watch the scene and you'll find what you need. Leave the tent, and Rowd will appear. Watch the scene, now you must escape. When you can control your character again, head back to get the treasure near the tent(Fire Sealing rune). Fire sealing rune is VERY USEFUL when you fight Luca later. After getting the treasure, go to the biggest tent at the center of the camp and enter. Princess Jillia will hide you from Rowd. Then you'll have a tea party with her. And she'll ask you a question (Can you forgive us?) 1) I will.... Someday i know i will. 2) ............... I chose the first option to make her happy. Then she'll ask you if you know her brother, Luca Blight. 1) I know him. 2) He is a fiendish monster. Choose the first option. After some talks, Jillia will suggest you to leave before Rowd can capture you. Then you'll be given choices 1) You're right. 2) The tea was delicious. I chose the second option, then leave. Before you exit the camp, Rowd will show up and fight you. After you win the fight, Jowy will tell you to leave him there (and he promise to come back). You'll be given two choices : 1) I can't do that. 2) Okay, see ya. Be a nice friend by choosing the first option first, then he'll refuse and repeat the question, now choose the second option, and you'll run of to where your party is. When you meet Nanami, she'll ask you what happen, and you'll be given choices. 1) First we have to get out of here. 2) .....................

NOTE : Keep choosing the second option "...................." and the Highland won't stop coming over and over. Fight them until you reach level 20. After you done leveling up your party, choose the first option and you'll escape. You'll be near the entrance. Now, leave the border, and head back to Muse city. CHAPTER 5 ---- DEFENDING MUSE CITY ----

MUSE CITY --------Character recruited : Gilbert First, go to the city hall to report the result to Jess, but when you're trying to enter Anabelle's room, the guard will tell you that there's an important meeting. Nanami will suggest you to go back to the tavern (inn). Head to the inn, and you'll tell Viktor and Flik what was happened. Viktor will be angry and take you with him to meet Anabelle. Head to the city hall, and Viktor will tell you that he have a good trick. Trust him, and head to Anabelle's room. Viktor will hit the guard there, and you'll be able to get in. Watch the conversations, and Jess will ask you how many provisions they have. 1) About two weeks worth... 2) ......... Choose the first option, and watch the conversations. After that head to the tavern and Nanami will be worry about Jowy. You'll be given two choices. 1) It's okay. He'll be fine. 2) I don't know. Choose the first option to make her feeling better. Then she'll go to the front gate, waiting for Jowy. Viktor will ask you to follow her. So, go to the front gate, and wait for Jowy together with your sister. While you're in a conversa tions, you'll be given a same options 4 times. 1) I'll wait with you. 2) Okay, see you later. I chose the first option. After a long talks, Jowy will come. And Nanami will run into him. 1) Welcome home. 2) I'm tired of waiting. I chose the first option, after that, you'll rest. The next morning, Nanami will awake you and ask you to go to Jowston hill. Go to the north of the city, and turn left when you reach the city hall, then go north again and follow the path untill you meet Viktor. The guard will not let Viktor pass, but after a few talks, Flik will appear and the guard will know him (the blue lightning Flik!), then you can enter the conference room. Inside, watch a few scenes with Nanami and the knights, then the meeting will begin. There are some important peoples there (Granmeyer - Mayor of South Window, Gustav - mayor of Tinto, Makai - Two river's mayor , Gorudo - from Matilda knightdom, Jess, Hauser, Teresa - Acting mayor from Greenhill, and Anabelle ). Watch the conversations, and there will be a messanger that confirm, Highland is on the way to Muse. After a few talks, head back to the inn, and you'll see Anabelle there, she'll ask Viktor to buy some times. Flik will agree. And Jowy will ask you to fight too. 1) Well... I... 2) ........Okey. Choose the second option to proceed the story, then you'll rest. The next morning, go talk to the innkeeper to save your game, and after you ready,talk to Viktor. Choose "yes" to begin the battle. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ MAJOR BATTLE #3 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

You'll HAVE to recruit someone while you're in the battle. You'll only control 3 units, so DO NOT move from your place. When the higlander appear, Viktor and Flik will recognize Gilbert. Let Flik attack him (automatically) if Gilbert's unit's wounded, Flik will make him join your army. ---- < GILBERT JOIN 17/108 > ---After you recruited Gilbert, you can move wherever you want. This battle can be easy or painful, depend on your strategy. After a few turns, Matilda knights will appear under Miklotov's command to help you. So, just hold the enemy and try not to be killed until 8 turns. After 8 turns, Solon Jhee will appear and the enemy will retreat. After this, head to the second floor of the inn, and you'll find Nanami and Pilika worry about Jowy. And Nanami will ask a question. 1) Sure. 2) I'm kind of tired. Choose the first option, and she'll try to tell you something, but she can't. After that, you'll sleep, and the camera will move to Jowy's room. You'll see him speak with Kage. After the talks, Pilika will enter his room. The next morning, you'll decide to meet Anabelle. So, head to the city hall where Anabelle usually is. But, when you enter her room, you'll see Gustav and Granmeyer arguing something, and Anabelle will tell you to go back at the evening. So, head back to the inn. Jowy will tell Pilika to play with Nanami, and he'll leave. Go to the second floor and talk to Nanami, after that, go to the north - to the city hall, and you'll find Jowy talking with Kage. You'll be given two choices : 1) What are you doing ? 2) Who was that person ? I chose the second answr, and you'll be given two choices again. 1) What are you going to do ? 2) Yeah ......... After the talks, you'll see the scene ( Viktor knock Anabelle's private room and have some drinks ). After a few talks, you'll control Riou again. Head to Anabelle's private room. The guard in front of the meeting room (Where Anabelle usually is) will tell you that your friend is already back there. Then, the screen will change. Jowy will enter Anabelle's room, and he'll tell her that he's going to take her life. After some scenes, you'll control Riou again, and head to the left and enter Anabelle's room. You'll find Jowy with Anabelle there - almost killed. Then you'll be given two choices : 1) Jowy! What happended ? 2) Jowy... You didn't.... I chose the first option, and he'll say sorry, then run off. Jess will enter the room and find you. There will be a misunderstanding ( he'll recognize you as the killer of Anabelle ). After Jess leave, Anabelle will talk to you. You'll be given to two choices : 1) What is it? 2) Try not to talk. After that she'll talk again, and you'll be given choices again, you should choose " Yes........ " . Then, after some talks. You'll be outside the city hall,and now you must escape. Before you escape, you must bring Pilika with you. When you're heading to the inn, you'll fight Highlanders (random), try to fight them until you level-up (a highland commander and three highland soldiers will give you better EXP). Then if you're done level-up, head to the inn and take Pilika with you. After you take Pilika, there will be no random battle again, so hurry leave the town. That night, Nanami will tell you her wish. 1) That would be nice... 2) That will never happen now. I chose the first option to support her. The next morning you'll be at the

world map, now head to Coronet town ( south of Muse ). CORONET TOWN -----------Characters recruit : Ellie , Rina, Bolgan When you arrived, head south to the port. Talk to the highlander there, and he won't let you take the boat. Head to the inn, and you'll see the travelling performer again ( Ellie, Rina, Bolgan ). And you'll introduce Nanami to them. After that, they'll tell you that they don't find a chance to leave the area. So, head to the house at the right corner of the town (just walk right from the port until you reach the end) and you'll see a scene. Enter the house, and don't give up asking Tai Ho to take you to South Window with his boat. He will challenge you in 'Chinchincorin' game. Listen to the rules, and win 2000 potch from him (it's not hard, you'll win easily if you have a good LUCK. But if you lose more than 10.000 potch, reset the game and re-play). Then go back to the inn, and tell Ellie, Rina, Bolgan that you've found a way to get cross the sea. Then the three will join your party. ---- < ELIIE JOIN ---- < RINA JOIN 18/108 > ---19/108 > ----

---- < BOLGAN JOIN 20/108 > ---After that, there will be a subquest to do, if you interested. I'm suggest you to do this part to level-up your characters. If you don't want to do it, just skip this section. ______________________________________________________________________________ SUBQUEST : MATILDA TRICK ______________________________________________________________________________ After Rina, Ellie, Bolgan join your party. Go sharpen their weapon and attach fire rune to Ellie (if you have). Then leave the town. When you're in the world map, go to the north of Muse and you'll reach an intersection. The right path will lead you to the muse-highland border, and the left path will lead you to Muse - Matilda border. For now, take the left path to reach the Muse - Matilda border. MUSE - MATILDA BORDER --------------------You can push the gate here by pushing the "up" button. Then, head to the next world map area ( Rockaxe, Highway village , Mt.Rakutei ). WORLD MAP --------The enemies here are pretty hard to beat. BUT, you CAN beat them now. How ? Bring a lot of medicines. AND, If you encounter enemies, use your RUNES. Use Rina's and Ellie's fire rune (which damage all enemies) and Riou's rune Bright shield - Gread Blessing to heal. If you run-out of runes, go to Highway village and rest at the inn. Fight enemies here, until you reach lvl 35 or higher. NOTE : IF YOU DOING THIS TRICK : you'll beat abomination easier you'll gain a lot of money by fighting enemies you can recruit Futch and Humphrey now by doing the trick (look the 108 stars of destiny recruitment in the previous section ) but i suggest you to recruit them later.

After you done with level-up, go back to Muse - Matilda border, and push the

gate to get back to Muse area. Then, go back to Coronet town. _____________________________________________________________________________ END OF THE TRICK _____________________________________________________________________________ Chapter 6 ---- ABANDONED CASTLE ---CORONET TOWN -----------Now, go sharpen your weapons at the blacksmith (you sure have the money if you did the Matilda trick), and go to where Tai Ho and Yam Koo are. Watch the scene and they'll take you to Kuskus with their boat. KUKSKUS TOWN -----------Say goodbye to Tai Ho your weapon to lvl 6. head out to the world south and enter South

and his brother, then head to the blacksmith and sharpen Then save your game by talking to the innkeeper, and map. When you're in the world map, go directly to the Window Village.

SOUTH WINDOW VILLAGE -------------------When you arrived, Viktor will greet you and there will be choices : 1) That's Viktor. 2) I don't know. 3) That's a bear. I chose the first option, and then he'll ask you to go to the inn after the conversations. Before going to the inn, there's a few things to do. First, make sure you buy fire rune for Ellie. If you not, go to the runeshop, remove Rina's rune and attach it to Ellie. Next, head to the inn. You'll greet with Flik and Viktor. Then the two of them will join your party. Go inside the house of Lord Granmeyer, then walk to the left and enter the door. After some conversations, Granmeyer will send his assistant, Freed Y. , to join your group. ---- < FREED Y. JOIN 23/108 > ---After Freed Y. join your party, head out, and you'll see a cutscene (scary, trust me, i suggest you to leave for about 1 minute from your room and comeback). After the cutscene, head back to the inn. Viktor will decide about re-visiting his hometown. Then, he'll join your party, along with Nanami, Ellie, and Freed Y. Nanami Ellie ! ----------------------Then, buy a lot of medicines, head out of the town, and go to the north until you reach north window village. NORTH WINDOW VILLAGE --------------------

Watch the horrible scene, and you'll meet Neclord, the vampire. After a few conversations, there will be two choices : 1) I won't let you. 2) Let's run away. I chose the second option, because you can't defeat him now. To defeat him, you need the Star Dragon Sword (located at the end of Cave of the wind). So, head there to take the sword. (Cave of the wind is north-west from south window). CAVE OF THE WIND ---------------Once you're in the Cave of wind you be able to save outside and go straight up at least three screens and then head to the left a least two screens and there will be two ways going the upper left you'll see a treasure chest and then go back and then go to the other way in the upper right then go up a least two screens and there will be again two ways if you go to the left downward you'll see a treasure chest then head back to the other way to the upper right again to the next two screens here you be block by rock, just push the rock and head to next screen in here you'll be blown away by the strong current of the wind, so push the rock to block the current of wind then head to the next screen in here there will be two currents of wind and two rocks, just like the first one push the rocks to block the wind head to the next screen here there will be four currents of wind and four rock, push again the rocks to block the wind currents. NOTE : IF YOU WANT TO GET EXTRA TREASURES (including Blue gate rune and 3000 potch) when you reach the room with four currents of wind and four rock, push the rock like this. W1 W2 W3 W4 ! in the next screen go up and head to the left then down to the next screen here go down left the down right you'll see a treasure chest then head back the go straight to the left you'll see another treasure chest again go back and head up to the left to the next screen and just straight heading several of screens then you'll meet a guy then Viktor will ask you is he and what he is doing here the then he introduces himself that he is Kahn and he is also after Neclord and then he ask'll to join with you in fighting the Vampire Neclord. 1) No way. 2) Sure. Choose the second option to let him join your party. After he joins, check every one HP, cure them with medicines if needed. Then continue deeper and you'll find the Star Dragon Sword. Anyway, Viktor will make 'it' angry, and it will attack you. -------------------------! BOSS : STAR DRAGON SWORD ! ! HP : 2500 ! -------------------------For this boss , I used this formation : Viktor Freed Y. Kahn Nanami Riou Ellie My strategy was : - If you have fire lizard (sindar ruins) and fire sealing (highland camp) give them to Viktor to make his attack double. - Viktor : attack Nanami : unite attack with Riou, heal when unbalance Freed Y : Use lightning rune Kahn : Use rune, heal when needed Riou : Unite attack with Nanami, when Nanami unbalance, heal. Ellie : Use fire rune After you win the fight, the star dragon sword will join you as Viktor's weapon. Now, head back to South Window. SOUTH WINDOW VILLAGE -------------------- First head to the inn and REST (of course save your game too) - Then attach 'lightning rune' to Freed if you haven't. - Buy medicines. Then head back to North Window village. NORTH WINDOW VILLAGE -------------------Enter the castle, and first head to the right for fire crystal. He'll join as your convoy, now head to the 1st floor and enter the rightest down and continue north until you reach the port. Enter the boat there, and you'll be inside the boat at the world map. Go back to your castle (make sure you've entered the boat) and head to South Window village. SOUTH WINDOW -----------Talk to the "man in black" near the item shop, and say that you can get to Lakewest. He'll join your group. HE HAS A SUBQUEST, but i don't put it in this section. If you want to do this subquest, please look into section V (Clive subquest) NOW , beacuse if you don't, you'll lose your chance to complete the subquest. If you don't care to do the subquest, just continue on reading this walkthrough. ---- < CLIVE JOIN 34/108 > ---With him inside your party, go to Lakewest by boat. NOTE : If you don't want to do the subquest, just replace him by Ellie or Rina ( I prefer Rina, because she's a great magician ). LAKEWEST -------Lakewest located at the northwest from your castle. When you arrived, Amada and Fitcher will leave your party and you'll receive a "letter" from Fitcher . Check the "trash" near the dock and you'll find "kindness rune". Then go to the most- left house at the north side, and talk to Taki (the old woman) 4 times, and she'll join. ---- < TAKI JOIN 35/108 > ---Go to the inn and save your game, don't forget to buy a lot of medicines NOW at the item shop. Next, continue to the next world map region and go straight to the left and enter Two River. for now head to the inn and save, then go to the second floor of the inn and enter the first room on the left. You'll see Hans. Then, go to the center of the town, and go to the building at the north (which is guarded by two guards). But they won't let you in because you don't have the introduction letter. After the talks, go south and you'll see the winger who stole your pocket. Follow him and if you reach him, you'll be given choices : 1) Could you at least give me back my letter of introduction ? 2) you little punk, I'll kill you. Choose whatever you want, and after he fly away go back to the center of the "human area". Watch the scene and you'll be given options : 1) Wait. stop." 2) .............. Choose the first option to help Fitcher, then you'll have a little talks with Ridley. And he'll ask you are you the real people who defeated Solon Jhee's army. You'll be given choices : 1) Of course, I'm me. 2) Well you see...... Choose the first option to let him know who you really are. After he see the rune on your right hand, he'll let you in. Continue to the left until you reach the door, enter it and you'll have a conversation with Makai. At the beginning of the conversations, Makai will greet you. 1) Glad to meet you. 2) What's a 'plenipotentiary'? I suggest you to choose the first option to show him that you're a gentle leader. Then after some talks, you'll given choices again : 1) Umm... My wallet.... 2) There's no need to worry. Be honest by choosing the first option, and he'll tell you about the winger leave in Two River. Note : There are three areas in Two River (Human area, winger area, and Kobold area). After that, he'll suggest you to stay at the inn, so go there. Go upstairs to the second floor and enter the second room from the left (your room) and you'll meet Chaco. He'll ask you a question (Are you the leader of the state army who defeated Highland army) and you'll be given choices : 1) Yeah, that's right. 2) I don't have to answer you. Choose the first option, but he won't trust you. After he fly, you'll rest. The next morning, Fitcher will tell you that Makai and Ridley are fighting. He'll join as convoy, then head to the city hall. Enter Makai's room and you will see them arguing. You'll be given choices : 1) .................. 2) What happened ? Choose the second option to know what happened. After the talks, Ridley will leave, and Makai will ask you to follow him. 1) I can't do that. 2) I understand. Choose the second option and leave the hall. First, save your game at the inn, Buy a lot of medicines. If you don't have money, fight some enemies in the

world map. If you ready, go to the left and north to the winger area, and continue to the left and north again until you see two kobolds guarding their district. Talk to them, but they won't let you in. Go back, and Chaco will steal Fitcher's pocket, and run off. Follow him to the underground tunnel. TWO RIVER SEWER --------------Once you in the tunnel go head passing two screens and walk in the wooden bridge and get the treasure chest -->head gear and to the other side get the treasure chest (resurrection crystal). Then walk in the wooden bridge and pass one screen and go to the right and go down with the ladder and pass again one screen and run crossing another wooden bridge and head to the left and get the tresure chest (healing wind) and walk on the wooden bridge and pass again one screen and head up walking on the small wooden bridge and go to the left and get the treasure chests (fire emblem and stone of defense) then go back down and head to the lower bridge and go to the left then up passing next screen and climb to the ladder and head to the right then down to another ladder and save at the save point and continue north. Now, prepare for a boss fight. ! ! ! ! -------------------BOSS : PETS RAT ! HP : 4500-5000 ! ITEM : Poison rune ! MONEY : 20.000 p ! -------------------This fight can be HARD or easy, depend on the boss' attacking you with the normal attack (which is only should be a piece of cake. You'll have conversations with Ridley and there will be two options : 1) I understand. 2) That's what the enemy wants!!!!! I chose the second option, but it's up to you. After that, head back to human area, and watch the scene. After the scene, go to Makai's room inside the city hall, and tell him what Ridley said. After the talks, leave the city hall, and Chaco will say that his granny wants to meet you. Follow him to the granny's house, and enter the house. Inside, you'll have some talks , once you will be given choices 1) Okey. attack. If he just hit one people) it attack which can would be harder.

2) No way, lady. Choose the first option to let her see your right hand, then after some talks, you can leave. Chaco will say that Granny has a lot of faith in you, but he still doesn't trust you. So, head back to the inn and go to your room to rest. The next morning, SAVE at the inn, and go outside. You'll see that Kiba and Klaus broken their promise. Now Two River is under attack. You'll be attacked by some groups of Highland soldiers. Just use Luc's blue gate rune to end the fights in 1 turns. After the fights, you'll be given options : 1) We can't give up!! 2) Okay , let's go! Just keep choosing the first option, and the soldiers will attack you. After a few fights, the winger will come, then Ridley will come to help you. Watch the scene, and the reinforcement will arrive. After that, Kiba will retreat and you'll see a scene inside the Highland camp. Enter the tent nearest to the entrance with Gengen in your party and talk to Gabocha there. After the talks Gabocha will automatically joins. ---- < GABOCHA JOIN 42/108 > ---Then head to Lakewest village. LAKEWEST -------Go to the inn, don't talk to Shilo first, because you hardly win the game now. If you bring someone from Suikoden 1 with you (Luc, Flik, Viktor, or else ) you'll see Hix and Tengaar here. After the talks, they'll go to Kobold village ( not the one inside Two River, but South of Two river). ______________________________________________________________________________ UNICORN QUEST ______________________________________________________________________________ First head to Kobold Village. Follow Hix and Tengaar to the chief's house. The next morning , Tengaar will "cursed" by the Unicorn. Now, you have to do subquest. - Head to South Window item shop, buy "blue stone" that the chief told you before, then go back to Kobold Village to meet the chief again. - Head to Cave of the wind and you'll find a red flower there, bring it to the chief. - Head to Two River Sewer ( when you ran after Chaco ) and continue walking until you see someone drop a bell, Hix will take it and you must back to the chief's house. When you arrived, Tengaar will gone. Talk to a woman there to get Recipe #20 if you want, and after that leave the inn and walk north to trigger a scene with Nina. You'll be given choices : 1) Let's save her. 2) I didn't see a thing. I chose the first option, and Flik will save Nina. After the scene, continue north to the biggest building (the academy). Go inside the building and talk to the receptionist there (Emilia). You'll be given three choices after the talks : 1) I understand. 2) Yes ma'am. 3) Eh... Choose whatever choices you want, and follow Emilia and talk to her again. After some talks, Emilia will tell you about the rooms there, and she'll ask you if you understand. 1) Yes, ma'am. 2) yes, ma'am !! 3) Yeah. Choose whatever you want, and after that Shin will appear and talk to Emilia. ask her "who was that ?" and after she tell you who was he, she'll leave. Now, talk to her again at the receptionist. That night, Nina will come and comparing Nanami with her self. the next morning, leave the dormitory and you'll see Flik. After the talks, Flik will run again followed by Nina. Go to the right and south, then talk to Emilia. After that, continue south to the inn, and you'll find the inn surrounded by highland soldiers. Then you'll be given choices 1) Let's help them. 2) We'd be too conspicuous...

Choose whatever you want , and Rowd will come. After the talks, Nanami will ask you to follow Shin. So, go through the way to the academy. Just continue to the dorm until Nanami tell you to go back to the dormitory. Then go to the dormitory and enter your room on the second floor. Then you'll be given two choices : 1) Let's keep looking a bit longer. 2) G'night!! Choose the first option to proceed the story and Nina will come again that night. She'll tell you about the wandering ghost, and Nanami will be panic. Then go back to your room. In front of your room, Nanami will ask you is there really a ghost. After the talks, go to where that "ghost" is, and you'll find out that the "ghost" is Flik. However, Flik will say that he's following the guy named Shin, and he'll join your party. Head to the left and north and you'll find a dead-end. Flik will say that there must be a way to open the secret door. So, push X in front of the statue there (in front of you) and the door will open. GREENHILL FOREST ---------------Head to the north until you see an intersection, head to the right first to get the treasure chest, then go back and head to the left. Continue your way to the north until you find a house. On the way to the house, Shin will appear and stop you. Then you'll be given choices :

1) We are your allies! 2) We cannot forgive you, ghost! Choose the first option. Then head inside the academy and push X in front of the statue and go to Teresa's hideout . On the way to Teresa's house, you'll be attacked by some groups of Highland soldiers so don't forget to heal after each fights. if you reach Teresa's house, enter it and you'll find Nina with Teresa and Shin. Teresa will planning to give up and she won't let you help her escape. Then Teresa and Shin followed by Nina go back to the city. And you'll be given two choices : 1) We have to save her. 2) But... Then backtrack all the way to the entrance of the academy and you'll find Teresa. You'll attacked by two groups of highland soldiers, and Teresa will ask you to stop fighting after you fight one group, but you won't give up. After that Nina and the town's people will come and suggest Teresa to leave and come back someday. After the conversations, Teresa will agree to leave and go back someday to liberate Greenhill from Highland. Nina will hold Rowd and the soldiers to give you a chance to escape. So, enter the academy and push X in front of the staute to get to Greenhill forest. Greenhill forest ---------------Just continue to Teresa's house. On the way you'll attacked by two groups of Highland soldiers. When you're close to the hideout, Rowd will come and Shin will stop him from chasing you. Flik will punch Teresa and continue your way behind the house. Continue your way until you meet Jowy , and you'll be given two choices : 1) Jowy, why are you.... 2) ...... I chose the first option, and Jowy will tell you to give up the war because he doesn't want to fight you, and you'll be given two options. 1) I can't just run away.

The next morning, go to the conference hall, and Miklotov'll report to Gorudo that Highland army is pursuing the refugees from Muse, and they're near Muse - Matilda border. Then Gorudo will mobilize their army, and Camus will ask you what will you do. 1) I'll go too. 2) Hold on a minute. 3) I'll be watching. Choose the first or the third option if you lazy to battle. If you choose the first option, you'll join the battle. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ MAJOR BATTLE # 5 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There's nothing you can do in this battle. Just stay on your place, don't move. The refugees won't survive even if you move. So just wait until the Highland soldiers kill all the refugees, and you'll be back at the castle. You'll see Miklotov and Camus talking in front of the conference room. And Miklotov will decide to go to Muse alone. After that talk to Camus and he'll ask you to protect Miklotov, and of course you agree. So, follow Miklotov, before you leave Rockaxe, save at the inn first. Leave the castle if you're ready , and head to Highway village. Rune is powerful, and Humphrey SURE is a tank! If Harpy always attacking him i'm sure there won't be so much trouble. After you win this fight, proceed north, and watch the conversations. Miklotov who's still angry , approach to the room and ask Gorudo to mobilize army. Gorudo doesn't agree, then Miklotov will throw his badge and Gorudo'll tell Camus to arrest Miklotov and take him to the prison. But Camus won't do that and throw his badge. Then all the knights will throw their badges and follow Miklotov and Camus. Then the two will join you and you must escape. You'll be at the forest path and Shu appears. Then you'll return with Miklotov and Camus recruited along with more than half of red and blue Knights. ---- < CAMUS JOIN 61/108 > ------- < MIKLOTOV JOIN 62/108 > ---CHAPTER 10 ---- RECRUITING KIBA AND KLAUS ---HEADQUARTERS -----------Go to the great hall and Shu will suggest you to rest first, and the screen will change into Jowy. Jowy will introduce a high-class strategist, Leon Silverberg to Luca. Then the next morning go to the great hall and Shu will tell you that Radat is being attacked and ask you to go there. Viktor will join your party, and talk to Leona to take another peoples with you. If you ready, go to Radat. RADAT TOWN ---------When you arrived, you'll see that the town is full by highland soldier,and you'll have options : 1) Let's go back. 2) Let's go inside. Be a brave leader by choosing the second option, then you'll see the scene showing Kiba's speech to the villager (that Radat is one of Highland territory now, and nobody should leave the town) then Viktor will suggest you to leave. Before you leave, Klaus will talk to you.

1) Let's run away. 2) What ? Choose the second option and watch the conversations. After the conversa tions, go back to the great hall inside your HQ. HEADQUARTERS -----------Before entering the greathall, save at the save point first. Then enter the hall, and Shu will ask you to move the troops. If you're ready, choose " Troops! Deploy!" If you're not ready choose "wait a minute". If you're ready, choose the second option and you'll encounter a major battle. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ MAJOR BATTLE #6 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After one turn, Ridley will ask Shu why he placed only the Kobold units at the front line. Then the next turn after the conversation between Shu and Ridley, the kobolds will retreat because Ridley won't trust humans again. Continue the battle and be careful, don't let anybody die in the battle like this to get all 108 stars, so make sure you do not get surrounded. After several turns, Shu will see that there's no chance to win the battle and your troops will retreat. After the battle you'll be back at the great hall. After the conversations Shu will suggest you to rest, so go to your room. the sreen will chance and show that Jowy's marrying Jillia. Then Jowy will take his blood and pour it to the wine, then Agares drink it, and fall. Luca laugh and you can watch the conversation between him and Agares. You'll know that Jowy poisoned his own blood by drinking Antitoxin daily. After Agares died, Jowy will collaps (but he didn't die). Watch the scenes, then you'll be back at your castle. The next morning, Shu and Apple will explain the strategy and if you're ready, choose the second option " Okay, let's go." and you'll be in the battle field. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ MAJOR BATTLE # 7 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'll give you some tips to win this battle easier. - Before the reinforcement arrive, don't move from your place. - After the reinforcement arrive, try to surround the highlanders, but LEAVE Kiba's unit for the last. - After a few turns Ridley units will appear and he'll help you a lot. - After all the highlanders killed, attack Kiba's unit with fire spears, magic, and bows. You can also attack him with Viktor group which has a high power. - Just attack him and after a few minutes Leon Silverberg will come and order Rowd to retreat and leave Kiba. - After Rowd left, victory will be yours. -- Back to Headquarters -Everyone will gather to celebrate your victory then the soldiers will take Kiba and Klaus to you. Now you have two choices 1) Cut off their heads. 2) General Kiba, join forces with us, we need your strength. If you choose the first option, Shu will stop you and suggest you to recruit them, so choose the second options 3 TIMES. Kiba and Klaus will refuse to join until the messanger arrive and tell you that King Agares has killed by Prince Luca. Kiba who placed his loyalty to Agares will be angry and finally agree to join you along with his son.

He'll challenge you chinchincorin game (as same as Tai Ho) and agree to join only if you can beat 5000 potch from him. This time you have more than 60% chance to win, because i'm sure now you're in a high level and also have a high luck. After you beat him, he'll join. --- < SHILO JOIN 66/108 > --From here, go to Headquarters. HEADQUARTERS -----------Go talk to Leona and take ALL women in your party (Yoshino, Ellie, Rina, Viki, Wakaba, Tengaar) and go to Kuskus town. KUSKUS TOWN ----------Character recruited : Oulan First , talk to the granny at the left side near the entrance, and she'll mention ruffians that only attck all-women. After you talk to the granny, cross the first bridge to the left, and you should see three ruffians there (if you don't see them, you probably take a non-woman people) and they will attack you (see the characters recruitment guide if you want to know the sure-area). If you find Rose Brooch there, buy it. If you don't, comeback later. Go save and stay at the inn, then head to Banner pass to the north. You can kill it only 1 turn if you bring all- magician, but with this party i think you can kill that thing after 2 or 3 turns. After the giant worm killed, go north to the next screen -- continue north and right to the next screen then continue right , south , and right. Talk to the guard there (Varkas , from Suikoden 1). He will let you in and escort you. (Choose the first option okey, "Sounds good to me" ) GREGMINSTER ----------Character recruited : Lorelai, Sheena, Kasumi / Valeria You'll be inside the castle. After waiting, go to the left and north to get to the throne room. Enter it and you'll have some talks with Lepant, the president of Toran republic. He will greet you and ask your business. 1) Forging a State with you. 2) Umm... Choose the first option, after some talks Lepant will ask you your reason to fight. 1) To defeat Luca Blight... 2) To put an end to this war... 3) I don't know... Choose 1 or 2 or 3, it doesn't matter, and Lepant will compare you with the hero he trusted before (Mc Dohl) and say that you're similar with him. The next morning, go to the great hall, and Shu will tell you that he sent Ridley to gather some informations from the enemy. Then a messanger report that Ridley's troop ambushed by the highlander. But i never win the fight, When i almost escape, Luca's unit will appear and give me more troubles. If you win, you're so lucky, if you defeated, it's okay. After the major battle, go to the great hall, and Luc will say that he will take care of Sasarai. After the talks, go to your room, and Tsai will appear. He'll ask you to take him back to his house, because he left some tools there. The next morning, head to Ryube forest with Tsai in your party, and go to his house. You'll find Tomo. Let her join you. (She'll join only if you bring Tsai). ---- < TOMO JOIN 78/108 > ---Rest and watch the scene. The next morning, go to the great hall, and Shu will explain the strategy for the next battle. First, don't let anyone get killed. Teresa and Ayda have a high chance to be killed in this battle, so just let them do "bow" attack. If you want to win the battle without so many wounded, DON'T stay NEAR Luca. Kill the highlanders first. After a few turns, Luc will appear and kill half of the enemies, and retreat along with Sasarai. After Luc retreat, focus your attacks to kill all the highlanders EXCEPT LUCA ( avoid him for now, because he 18 atack power, puff). After you killed the highlander, focus your attack on Luca. Kiba will stay in front of him, but it's okay because he has a great defense. If Kiba's unit wounded, heal him. Attack Luca with Viktor, Teresa (bombard ability), Ayda (bow attack), and Flik. I'm sure you can dammage him a bit. If he get wounded,you'll retreat. Mmm... use Kiba to attack him too. After that, go to the first floor, and you'll meet Ridley, saved by Mondo and Sasuke. The reason i use this party : Luca's attack almost inflicting damage on the people at the front line, AND the people at the center of the back line. (So he can attack Shiro, Camus, Humphrey, and Riou). But rarely attack Luc and Tengaar (they 're average magician, without them the fight will be harder). Shiro has a good defense and magic, Camus has a rage rune, and Humphrey has a very very good defense. Riou act as the main healer. -=-=-=-= PARTY 2 leaded by Flik -=-=-=-= Flik Viki Freed Y. The reason i use this party : Flik has a great lightning magic. This party is full with magician. Flik, Viki, Ellie, Rina. The reason i use Miklotov is because he has a good defense. Freed Y. can be useful too, if you attach water magic on him. You have three healers in this party : Rina (the main healer because she has flowing, Flik, and Freed). -=-=-=-= PARTY 3 leaded by Viktor -=-=-=-= Kasumi Hix Mondo Viktor Sasuke Futch

This is the weakest party, but if you use all Kasumi - Mondo - sasuke great items, Hix's darkness rune , along with Viktor's attack, they can reduce more than 1000 hp from Luca. Use Futch only to heal (so equip him with a lot of medicines). Then if you sure you've chose the right party, choose the the second option (it's fine as it is), and you'll begin the preparation. That night you'll see a scene that Luca is on the way to your castle. and you'll attack him (surprise attack!!!) with the 3 groups. --------------------------------BOSS1/3 : LUCA AND 6 WHITE WOLVES. HP : 6000 (Full) --------------------------------You'll attack him with Flik's group, which is powerful. This was my strategy : Flik : lightning rune, use him to heal ONLY if needed Freed Y. : use water rune to heal MIklotov : attack if you want, but keep him alive to protect Rina Viki : Use mother earth rune Ellie: Use fire rune Rina : Use fire/darkness, and flowing rune to heal. Your target now is to reduce 2000 of his hp (you can). You can end the fight only 2 / 3 turns, if you dammage him with all - strong magic attacks. With this party, you can finish the fight without anyone die. Then, prepare for the next fight. -----------------------------------BOSS 2/3 : LUCA AND 4 WHITE WOLVES HP : around 3500- 4000 -----------------------------------Now, you'll attack him with Viktor's group. Then Chaco will steal the gate-key for you, and finally you can escape and you'll be at your Headquarters. CHAPTER 13 ---- NECLORD THE VAMPIRE ----

HEADQUARTERS -----------You'll be greet by Shu and Apple. Nanami will get mad to Shu and ask him why he asked Viktor to bring Pilika with him, then Nanami will say that she'll never forgive Shu. Shu will answer "I'm not asking for your forgiveness" and say his reason "because it's necessary". After all the conversations, try to leave the town, and you'll find Koyu. He will ask you if you're the hero. 1) No, you're wrong. 2) That's right. Choose the second option, then go to the great hall. Koyu will introduce his self, then he'll tell you that Tinto was attacked. The strange thing is the enemies don't even say "ouch". Viktor will say that it might be Neclord, and he'll ask you to go to Tinto. 1) What should we do... 2) You're right. Choose the second answer, and Koyu will join your party/convoy.I suggest you to take him as your convoy, because he's weak. Then he tells you to go to Tinto through Drakemouth Village (South of Kobold Village). Exit the hall, and you'll meet Nanami. She wants to go with you. 1) No. 2) Yes... Of course I'll take you. Choose the second option, because she'll be very usefull later. Next, head to Drakemouth Village (South of Kobold village) by teleporting. Note : Bring Wakaba with you. DRAKEMOUTH VILLAGE -----------------When you enter the village, Koyu will leave your party and talk to the guard there. After the talks, the guard will let you pass. Save at the inn, buy medicines, and continue to the north. You'll enter a path between Drakemouth and Tigermouth. When you reach an intersection,Koyu will tell you that if you continue to the left you'll arrive at Tinto's territory, but you don't have time now. So, head to the right, and right again to find treasure chest. Then head to the left and you will meet Gijimu (Koyu's brother). After the talks, continue your way to the left, and you'll arrive at Tigermouth village. TIGERMOUTH VILLAGE -----------------Nothing here -- just stay at the inn and continue to the next world map area (Tigermouth, Crom , Tinto, Tinto mine ) and head to Crom Village

In front of the city hall, you'll see a woman. Talk to her, and she'll mention Jeanne. 1) If it's Jeane you want, our... 2) Two river is not here, but... 3) I don't know... Choose the first option, after the talks she will join. ---- < RAURA JOIN 89/108 > ---Next, talk to the guard (that guarding the city hall) and he will let you in. Enter the room at the north, and you will have a conversation with Gustav. He will ask you to join forces. 1) We'll fight together. 2) I won't do it. Choose the first option, and he'll call Marlowe to escort you to your room. In front of your room, Marlowe'll tell you that you're so strong and he wants to be like you. 1) I'm not strong at all. 2) You're not up to the job. Choose the first option, after some talks, go to your room. And talk to Nanami. Choose the first option and sleep. The next morning Viktor will wake you up and Nanami will come to your room, and say that everyone is at the meeting hall. So, head there. Inside you'll have some conversations, then someone will report that the zombies is coming to the city. Everyone will leave the hall. So, you should leave the hall too, and go to the south untill you meet Neclord and his zombies. After some conversations, go back to the city hall, talk to Gustav again. Jess and Hauser will appear, and Jess still couldn't believe you. He'll say to the peoples there that you're the murder of Lady Anabelle, and he will ask you to explain what happened. 1) ............... 2) I... Jowy was ... Choose the second option, and he won't believe you, it's okay. After he leaves, talk to Gustav again. He'll ask you to prepare for battle. 1) Sure... 2) No... not yet. Then go to your room and rest. That night, somehow you could not sleep. So go to Nanami's room on the right, and talk to her. She will ask you to stop fighting. 1) I'm needed.

2) ............. Choose the first option, then Nanami will tell you her mind. 1) I'm sorry. 2) Maybe you're right. NOTE : Choose the first option! If you choose the second option, Ridley'll dead in the battle while you're escape, and replaced by his son, Boris who absolutely weaker then him (but he has a better face). After you choose the first option, and after the talks, Nanami will suggest you to sleep. Go to your room and sleep. The next morning, go to the meeting hall, and a soldier will tell you that Jess and Hauser are taking 5.000 soldiers with them and preparing to attack Neclord. So, head to the south of the city and watch the scene. Head to the blacksmith near the armor shop, and sharpen your weapon untill lvl 12 or 13 if you have money. Then head to the elevator at the right side of the armor shop, then go up. By the elevator, you'll reach the top of the town quicker. Head to the mine and you'll see some men in a conversation. Enter the mine and continue your way to the north. You'll meet Neclord after a little walks, and he will attack you. This time you can't hurt him, so just keep Nanami alive untill 3 turn, then the battle will concluded. The bright shield rune Riou born will help you escape from him. Then while you can escape, run to the entrance of the cave. Note : you maybe encounter enemies while escaping, and i suggest you to be careful from Neclordia. When you're at the city, you'll find that the city is full with zombies. Then Riou will faint, watch the scene after that. And you 'll be wake up at Crom Village. CROM VILLAGE -----------You'll be given options : 1) What's is this place ? 2) ..................... Choose the first option, then after the talks, try to leave the village and you will meet Kahn. After the conversations, Kahn will join your party and go to Tigermouth village. TIGERMOUTH VILLAGE -----------------Go to the center of the village and you'll see Sierra surrounded by the towns people. After all the scenes, Sierra will fight you if you choose the firt option, if you choose the second option, you can stay at the inn first and talk to her again to fight her. ----------------! BOSS : SIERRA ! ! HP : 2500 ! ! MONEY: 1000 p ! ----------------The fight will be very very easy. Just cast all your powerful rune, after 1/2 turns you will win. After the fight, Sierra will say that you're not bad. 1) Oh, thank you. 2) Don't fool with me. Choose the first option, then head back to crom village. CROM VILLAGE -----------Character recruited : Tenkou Go to the big house - south of the city hall. And you'll find Tenkou inside. If you have a Window set, he'll ask you to give it to him. Kahn and Sierra will join you. I suggest you to take Sierra as your party and Kahn as your convoy or Kahn as your party and Sierra as your convoy. I have two combinations for this time PARTY 1 <OPTIONAL> -=-=-=-= Viktor Camus/Flik Riou Nanami Sierra Luc (flowing,cyclone,blue gate) Note : If you want, you can replace Camus with Mc Dohl (only if you've recruit him and if you want to go back to Gregminster for now, but i think it's necessary because he's very strong and also a great magician) PARTY 2 <OPTIONAL> -=-=-=-= Viktor McDohl Nanami Sierra

Riou Luc party 1 Before weapon forget

Party 2 is better then party 1, so i'll go with it. But i think is the best party if you didn't load data from Suikoden. Note : heading to the mine (east of Crom Village), sharpen all peoples (must be higher then lvl 11 EXCEPT for Mage like Luc) and don't to buy a lot of medicines. If you're ready, head to the mine.

TINTO MINE ---------At the first intersection, go to the right, continue and when you reach the second intersection go to the north, and go to the right when you reach the next intersection. Then continue to the north, you'll find another intersection, one lead you to the left, and the other to the right. Head to the right first to get the treasure chest (dancing flames). Then go back to the left and continue your way. When you reach the place with water, go to the right and north to get to treasure chests : Full helmet and Stone of magic def ---> Give this to Riou . Go back and take the north path, continue your way to the south, then to the north. In the next screen, go north and take the upper path to get a treasure chest (Master Garb) and go down using the ice block there. Continue to the right and north When you reach an intersection, go to the left, then continue your way to the north (don't take the right path if you reach an intersection) and take the two treasure chests at the end : Window Set#5 and Old book Vol #9. After you take the treasures, go back and take the right path to turn up. Continue to the north and you'll find "T" intersection. The left path lead you to a dead-end without treasure chest. So, take the right path. Continue to the right. You'll reach the room with a lot of ice slide. You can get a lot of treasure chests if you want. First take the leftest path and go to the left to get a treasure chest (Silver necklace), then walk to the right and get the treasure chest (Mega medicine). Go back to the top of the screen, and take the right-most path. Slice down the ice slide there, and go down by sliding the another ice. Continue south and you'll see an intersection. Take the left path and go down by sliding the ice there, you'll find Double beat crystal inside the treasure chest.

continue left, and go to the north. You'll find MAZUS. You can't recruit him now, but you know where is he. Go down the ice slide and go back to the north to the previous intersection. Now, take the right path and take the north path when you reach another intersection. (Confusing, isn't it?) Continue to the north until you reach a Save point. SAVE, it's vital. Go down using the ice slide there, and enter the cave there. Go north, untill you find a box. Push this box to the proper place, after you push it to make a bridge, go to the left, north and right and walk through the box to the other side. Then continue to the right and continue north. Note : Make sure your party healed fully. Continue walking and there will be an earthquake. Now, prepare for a boss fight. -------------------BOSS : STONE GOLEM ! HP : 7000 ! MONEY: 50.000 potch! Invincible to : ! ressurection ! -------------------Don't use your lvl 4 magic now, because you'll encounter another boss fight without a rest. My strategy was Viktor (equipped with Fire lizard and fire sealin) : attack Mc Dohl : Black Shadow (don't use Judgment first) Riou : unite attack with Nanami or heal Nanami : Use fire rune, or unite attack with Riou Sierra : Use lvl 3 darkness rune and lvl 2 darkness rune Luc : Use water dragon , or pale palace If you bring Mc Dohl with you, this fight will be easier, because he has a lot of magic. If the golem always use the laser attack, you should be careful, because if you don't you can die. Defeating him is not hard, just stay cool and relax, after a few turns he'll die. (With Luc in your party he should die easily). ! ! ! ! ! After this fight, heal your party and continue to the north, and right. Then you'll be at the same cave, but different situation. Continue walking until you find an elevator, go down, then go to the right and south. You will be at Tinto City again. TINTO CITY ---------Go to the left, you'll be face a group of zombies, if you bring Mc Dohl, use double leader attack, that will kill all of the zombies, if you don't, attack them with NORMAL attack, don't waste your magic now. Go to the left again at you will face a group of zombies again. Use the same strategy. After you kill two groups of zombies, continue to the north to the church. In front of the church Sierra will say that he's behind the door. So, enter and Viktor will ask you if you're ready. 1) Okay, let's go. 2) I'm not mentally prepared yet. Choose the first option, and watch the scenes, after all the conversations you will face Neclord. ---------------------BOSS : NECLORD ! HP : 4500 ! ITEM : the shredding ! MONEY : 70.000 potch ! ---------------------This fight should be very easy if you bring Nanami. He will only attack Nanami and rarely use his powerful magic, so KEEP NANAMI ALIVE. If she ! ! ! !
