Most of the employee of both public and private banks say that the opportunities to learn in the banks are average but private banks employee considered the working environment is good (44%) as compared to public banks (40%) to learn new things while performing their routine job.

Public sector employees are more satisfied with the fringe benefits provided by the banks. As shown above more than 50% of the employee says the fringe benefits provided to them are good, on the other hand, more than 50% of the employees of private sector banks says that the fringe benefits provided to them are average.

When the work lord is compared with the salary the public sector bank employee seems to be more satisfied as compared to those of private sector banks. As shown above 50% of the employees of private banks say that the salary is good when compared to the work lord, on the other hand 60% of employee of public sector banks fined it good.

The above comparison shows that private sector leads public sector in terms of relationships. As we can see 64% & 44% respectively percentage of employees of private and public sector banks are happy with their relationship between superior and subordinate and 30% of employees are neutral for their relationships.

The private sector employees have the opinion that the support provided by their superior are good as 36% of employees has given it as very good support and 32% have accepted that they get good support from their superior. On the other hand most of the employees of public sector have the opinion that the support provided is average i.e. 54%.

The information system is poor in both the private and public sector banks. But the public banks employees are more dissatisfied as compared to those of private bank employee. As we can from the above bar diagram that 72% employees of public sector and 60% employees of private sector banks rate the information system as poor. Also 12% and 8% of employee respectively of private and public sector rank it good.

Private bank employees have the opinion that their superior may more attention to the suggestions made by them as we can see in the above diagram that 20% of the employees say that they get full attention and 48% says that they get good attention. On the other hand public bank employees are not so happy with the superior when they make suggestions as more than 50% of employees say that their superior only sometimes pays attention to their suggestions.

The above comparison shows that private bank employees get more appreciation for their good work as compared to public bank employees. From the analysis we can see that 60% of employees of private bank and 48% employees of public banks say that they always get appreciation for their good work. 12% and 10% employees respectively of private and public bank mostly get appreciation their good work.

Public sector employees are more with regular work as compared to private sector. As we can see that 56% of employees of public bank and 40% of employees of private bank agreed that they are given with regular work. Also 20% and 12% of employees respectively of private & public bank are given with good variety of work. Thus private sector banks leads in respect of variety.

Public sector banks leads private sector in teams of freedom to do their work. But most of the employees of both the sector banks say that they have average freedom to their work. 8% and 12% of employees respectively of private and public banks say that they get full freedom. And 40% and 44% of employee of private & public banks say that they have average freedom to do their work.

When it comes to promotion opportunities private banks leads public sector bank. As we can see 40% of employees of private sector and 24% of employees of public sector thinks that the promotion opportunities in their organization are very good. Also 28% and 44% of employees respectively of private and public banks say that the chances for promotion are good.

The above comparison clearly shows that public bank employees feel more secured about their job than that of private sector banks.

Private Banks employees are happier with the infrastructure of their organization as compared to public sector banks. As we can see that 60% of the employees of private bank say that the infrastructure is very good while only 34% employees of public sector banks says that.
