April 14, 2012 Dr. Henrietta Lucasan Chairman Hotel Accommodations 2012 POGS Midyear Convention Dear Dr. Lucasan: Sending the summary list of hotel rooms c/o the National Office. This May changed somewhat as there may be last minute requirement towards the event. The blocking was based on the initial and subsequent allocations provided as follows: 10 then 13 then 14 then 18. That was the reason why we refrained from accepting interested bookers. POGS policy on room accommodation is standard twin. Kindly identify and reserve/assign de luxe rooms for all POGS accounts including the reservation of Dr. Christia Padolina for UDMC at P2450. We will ask Multicare and Abbott International to coordinate directly with you with regards to their accounts. We will send the check payment of POGS or hand it over in full payment upon our arrival on April 23. Please note that the room where I am going to be assigned should be where the BOT is.
