EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

The EMPLOYER may terminate this Agreement for just or authorized causes provided under the Labor Code of the Philippines. In all cases of due process shall be observed. b. Termination by the EMPLOYEE: The EMPLOYEE may terminate this Agreement for just or authorized causes provided under the Labor Code of the Philippines. i. The EMPLOYEE may terminate this Agreement without just cause by serving one (1) month in advance written notice to the EMPLOYER. The EMPLOYER upon whom no such notice was serving may hold the EMPLOYEE liable for damages. 10. Settlement of Disputes: All claims and complaints relative to this Employment Agreement of the EMPLOYEE shall be settled in accordance with Company policies, rules and regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 11. Applicable Law: This Employment Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
