CONGRATULATIONS!

Upon signing your agreement to the below guidelines, you are now an Affiliate Member or Team of the WFPF (World Freerunning & Parkour Federation). Below are the WFPF AFFILIATE RELATIONSHIP GUIDELINES 1- As an Affiliate of the WFPF, you will receive advance notice or invitation to any WFPF event. 2- When applicable, and as available, the WFPF will provide reasonable expenses for event but this is not guaranteed. 3- As a WFPF Affiliate, we will continually evaluate opportunities to co-brand merchandise and videos for mutual benefit. 4- As a WFPF Affiliate, you will be required to have no other International league or International federation affiliation. 5- As a WFPF Affiliate, you are granted priority status and will be next-in-line for consideration to be signed to the WFPF when we take on new athlete members. 6-As a WFPF Affiliate, you must provide content on a regular basis to the WFPF website (www.wfpf.com): at least two blogs per month, new photos, and 4 videos per year. 7-As a WFPF Affiliate, you must provide links from any/all of your websites to WFPF (www.wfpf.com) and the WFPF youtube channel (aka WorldFPF). We can provide assistance as necessary. 8-The WFPF promises to feature and promote all WFPF Affiliate athletes and teams as such on the WFPF homepage in the designated affiliate box and news alerts. 9-As a WFPF Affiliate you must direct your fans and your community to your profile on www.WFPF.com and encourage them to add content to WFPF website and in return you may send people from your WFPF profile to your personal or team webpage.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ATHLETE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT AND/OR EVENTS MAY INVOLVE RISK OF INJURY AND LOSS, BOTH TO PERSON AND TO PROPERTY, INCLUDING THE POSSIBILITY OF PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS, BRAIN INJURY, ILLNESS, DISEASE, AND DEATH, AS WELL AS OTHER RISKS NOT KNOWN AND NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE AT THIS TIME. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WRONGFUL DEATH OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE AS DETERMINED BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION, ATHLETE ASSUMES ALL RISKS, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, FORESEEABLE AND UNFORESEEABLE, IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ATHLETE'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT AND/OR ANY EVENT. ATHLETE ACCEPTS PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LIABILITY, INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ATHLETE'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT AND/OR ANY EVENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY RISKS CREATED BY ACTION, INACTIONS, OR NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF COMPANY, ANY OF THE INDIVIDUALS CONSTITUTING COMPANY, OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT DETERMINED BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO CONSTITUTE WRONGFUL DEATH OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE. ATHLETE HEREBY RELEASES COMPANY, EACH OF THE INDIVIDUALS CONSTITUTING COMPANY, EACH OF THEIR SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, INJURIES, AND LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATING IN EVENTS AND ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES PURSUANT TO OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREES TO TAKE NO LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANY OF THEM BECAUSE OF ANY ACCIDENT OR MISHAP INVOLVING PARTICIPATION IN AN EVENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT DETERMINED BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION TO CONSTITUTE WRONGFUL DEATH OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE.

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, COMPANY'S SOLE LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH INJURY OR LOSS SHALL BE THE DEDUCTIBLE PAYABLE TO THE INSURANCE PROVIDER FROM WHICH COVERAGE HAS BEEN OBTAINED FOR THAT EVENT. COMPANY AGREES TO ASCERTAIN THAT ALL EVENTS ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANY SAFETY STANDARDS THEN IN EFFECT IN THE LOCATION WHERE THE EVENT TAKES PLACE, AND AGREES TO PERMIT THE ATHLETE TO INSPECT AND CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH SUCH STANDARDS.

Remember that as an affiliate of the WFPF, it is not always what we can do for YOU, but what YOU can do to use your status as a WFPF Affiliate to go out in your own community and help create opportunities for yourself! DIRECTIONS FOR SETTING UP YOUR WFPF TEAM PROFILE 1- SET UP YOUR TEAM PROFILE AS IF IT WERE AN ATHLETE PROFILE. Then notify us when it is set up and we will put it up on the AFFILIATE ATHLETE section of wfpf.com 2- Make sure all of your athletes have set up a personal profile as an athlete. Next, link all the athletes profiles to your team profile and your team profile to all of your athlete profiles... 3- Make sure that each athlete profile has the athletes name and that there are at least two personal youtube videos of athlete embedded on the profile page. The first video must include you talking to the camera and telling us about yourself, mixed in with action parkour footage. We need these to show to people so that they can get to know you as people as well as see your skills. We have some clients in different countries who have booked athletes from around the world because we have sent them these profile pages with these personal videos. The second one must be an action reel with strictly Parkour/Freerunning.
