DNA Damage Response in the absence and over expression of accessory helicase UvrD in E.coli. Studying the role of UvrD Helicase in DNA Damage response due to collision between transcription and translation machinery in E.coli. Construction of different plasmids combinations of greA, greB and UvrD genes to study the co- directional &head-on collision and how these combinations affect the growth of E.coli.

Regulation of the Chemokine CXCL16 in 4T1 Cells after Radiotherapy. Studied the role of chemokine CXCL16 in providing survival and growth signal to cancer cells. The role of pro-survival NF-kb pathway in regulation of radiation-induced CXCL16.
