APPLICATION CHECKLIST: Before submitting your application, please be sure that the following items are included: Completed & Signed Application Copy of Food Safety Certificate and all applicable permits and licenses (Food Establishment Retail, Non-Permanent Location (NPL) (3112); Business Privilege License Number) Certificate of Insurance (as described on page 2, section 7 of the Vendor Agreement) Signed Vendor Agreement Vendor Fees are listed on the next page. Spaces will be reserved on a first come, first served basis and will be officially reserved on receipt of payment. The layout of the Food Garden is designed to provide all vendors an equal opportunity to sell their goods and showcase their artfully decorated trucks.
Please note: Individual spaces are standardized at 24ft x 10ft with additional clearance between trucks. If you need space above 24ft, please let us know in advance in order to accommodate your needs. Additional Fee may apply.

*Please note: You may select more than one day per week. Please be sure to account for each day when submitting payment for your vendor fees. If you are interested in a long term agreement that will secure your spot regularly, please call our offices at (215) 351-9366 so that we can accommodate your needs.

LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT: Food truck vendors can load-in at any time within the hours of your designated time slot. **ALL VENDORS must load-out at least one half hour BEFORE the end of a time slot**

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY: Payment in full is required to register as a vendor at the Food Garden. In the event of a cancelation, a $20 fee may apply. All cancellation requests must be made in writing / via e-mail. No refunds will be given if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule a canceled day for an additional $15 fee.
