BHPBilliton Illawarra Coal Port Kembla, Australia IM Consultant & Project Manager Contractor (March 2008 Current) My current engagement with BHPBilliton Illawarra Coal is as an independent contractor to complete the roll out of their ECM Documentum system and related document / records management processes to Illawarra Coal sites in the Illawarra Region in NSW. My current responsibilities with BHPBilliton Illawarra Coal include: Participate in and project manage the transition of Illawarra Coals Document & Records Management and Collaboration Systems to the BHP Billiton Enterprise Documentum Management and Collaboration services. Participate in the design of a common Business Classification Scheme, Records Retention Schedule and Metadata Schema for the Metallurgical Coal customer sector group. Finalise Illawarra Coals Document Control and Records Management processes, procedures and functional requirements in preparation for the upcoming implementation of the Metallurgical Coal Documentum 6.5 system.
