Customer Satisfaction:

We at HANUMAN HILL ROCK take pride in providing you with the highest standards of Quality, service, Cleanliness and value. The restaurant is committed to ensure, as far as is reasonably practical, that all employees are safe from injury and risk to their health at work.

The primary focus of all activities within the restaurant will be customer service equally maintaining a position of excellence in the restaurant's management of occupational health, safety and welfare of all staff. The level of excellence is beyond the legislative requirements.

The goal for management in occupational health and safety is the pro-active prevention of work-related injuries/illness and the promotion of safe work practices, procedures and a healthy life style.

The restaurant acknowledges that active co-operation of all employees is required in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. Consequently, the management of the restaurant is committed to a consultative approach in occupational health and safety where ALL people within the restaurant have a responsibility for their own and other employees health and safety at the workplace.

Findings:
The food should be hot and little bit quicker. The serving should be faster. Food coming out of the kitchen has to be tasted by someone of the personnel from right value and taste. Please remark that we like very much biological food and more and more available in India. Need to maintain more items in menu. Fruit salads are too expensive for amount French fries are great. Good value for good amount but add more soups to the menu. We miss the items are earlier menus like triangle, mideasterm spring role, and roasted vegetables, menu very simple now. Speed up in taking orders and dont make us to wait.

Employees are not faster in taking orders. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to get some dishes and drinks. Somewhat good, but it takes lot of time to get the items. Price little and the amount is too high. Improve taste and lower down the thickness of the Pizza. Try to add rice in menu with good ketchups. The internet connection should be fixed and other than that the place is wonderful. Even though you are maintaining good quality food but it should be faster in service. Employee JOB SATISFACTION Feed Back:

A major cause of employee dissatisfaction is the lack of clarity about what is expected of them. This falls into the category of performance management. Successful employee performance can only be achieved with up-to-date competency-based job descriptions for each employee; the simple process of cleaning up the job descriptions and getting the employees to sign off on them can have a big effect. Therefore, the first step to increasing employee satisfaction involves gathering and updating all the job descriptions. This is a time-consuming, yet important project. There are many methods for measuring job satisfaction. By far, the most common method for collecting data regarding job satisfaction is the Likert scale (named after Rensis Likert). Other less common methods of for gauging job satisfaction include: Yes/No questions, True/False questions, point systems, checklists, and forced choice answers. This data are sometimes collected using an Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) system. But here, the employees are not interested to give their feedback except 5 members. Although they are doing good job but they need some benefits and change in food that what they are providing.
