ALL ELEMENTARY & INTERMEDIATE SCHOOLS (GRADES K-6) Registration/Screening for all students enrolling in grades K-6 in the Watertown City School District will be held at each individual school as follows: Knickerbocker Elementary (Grs. Registration/Screening hours will be approx. 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Parents are welcome to fill out all the necessary paperwork at Central Registration, Knickerbocker Elementary School, 739 Knickerbocker Dr., before the above dates. Please call Central Registration at 661-8338 to schedule an appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany their student(s) and are expected to bring school records, including the last report card, birth certificate and immunization records. Also necessary to complete the registration process is a copy of the students Individualized Education Plan (I.E.P.) or 504 Plan if your child receives special education services, and any custody/guardianship papers. CASE MIDDLE SCHOOL (GRADES 7-8) Registration/Scheduling for all students enrolling in Case Middle School will be held at Case Middle School on August 21, 22 & 23, 2012.
