Adult Bible Fellowships provide classes for interactive Bible study, connecting through fellowship, caring for one another, and opportunities for ministry and growth so that we may become fully developing followers of Christ. Most groups will meet on Sunday mornings during 10:50am worship service. Check the bulletin each week for class times and locations. Stop by Park Connections in the foyer for a brochure of class descriptions or visit beltway.org/connect/classes. You can join one of these Ongoing Bible Studies at any time: Freedom in Christ, Conversations, Faithweavers, Investigators, Gods Beloved (for women) and Divorce Care. For more information contact Laura Phillips.
Freedom in Christ
Beginning Sunday, June 3 @ 10:50am This class is designed as an in-depth study of the war we face as believers in Christ. It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.(Gal. 5:1) Christ promises His children that knowing the truth will set us free. Do you struggle to identify and break free from condemning thoughts, personal conflicts, behaviors and habits that hold you captive? Are you eager to learn Gods way of fighting the battles and struggles you face? This class is for you. We will search the Word of God to learn what every believer in Christ needs to know about spiritual warfare, freedom, our true identity, God and the invisible battle.
