This menace is the result of illiteracy. People are not aware of the worst result of it. 4. Public co-operation with the government is of great importance. But unfortunately, the people do not co-operate with the government to solve it.

Solution
Eradicate this dangerous problem properly. The following steps can prove very beneficial. 1. Strong administrative system is essential for uprooting this evil. It is because a strong government can solve it properly. 2. Social and economic set up should be strong and sound to eradicate the ravages of this problem. 3. Literacy rate should be increased, because only literate society can be aware of its serious problems. 4. Our religion, Islam can be helpful to a great extent to solve this problem. It is because Islam is a complete code of life and covers all spheres of mans life.

We can eradicate this evil after following the above-mentioned steps. We are the inhabitants of a developing country.
