Deals are categorized as o Main Deal o All Deal lists o Instand Deals o Upcoming Deals o Expired Deals Each deal is displayed category wise by the merchant. Functional and ecommerce feature
Administratoristration Rights: o The ability to control the site through an interface, with a secure login, so that an administratoristrator can login remotely. o The ability to create multiple administratoristration accounts with different rights / privileges. o The ability for an administratoristrator to create a new Deal' for the category for which they have permission. o The ability to specify a start date / time, ending date / time, minimum purchase requirements, maximum purchase requirements, and the key terms and conditions (cost per coupon etc.) o The ability to view all members, their contact details, and coupons purchased. o In administrator section when a new user is set up with different rights, he will have only a limited access based on permissions assigned by administratoristrator.

Managing content on the pages of the website. Managing navigational links on the website. Managing the images of the inner pages. Adding/removing pages to the website. Uploading videos gallery/ image gallery in faq section of the website.

Administrator screen
To have access to backend features user need to visit administrator panel: URL: http://bitfatdeals.t34m.net/manager/login.php
Enter following login details: Username: Admin Password: admin
After login next screen is Dashboard shown below:
On dashboard screen: administratoristrator can see quick left navigational links like Total Coupon, Deal Purchased, All Deal Purchased, Deal Expired and Actual Coupon Saved. Each tab has related interface with a key information on hovering over the respective tab. There are various section on the dashboard like cities requested by merchant to add in the system, statistics can be viewed city wise for today, last 7 days, previous month etc. A help tool tip is provided against each field like Orders Placed Count, Vouchers Sold etc.
System settings
An administratoristrator first step is to setup system settings. See below screenshot:
On mouse hovering over the tab: settings, various links are present like General settings, Email Templates, Database backup & restore, cities management, payment gateway settings, language management, add new city. General settings: This includes various fields like email redirections, date format, payment mode, currency symbol, Affiliate commission, Referrer commission, logo management, meta information, google analytic code etc. Email Templates: This includes various email templates management which are sent to subscribers/customers for each event of a deal. Various actions like edit, preview and send email on/off can be performed by administratoristrator for a particular template. See below screen:

Database Backup & Restore: This include various actions like administratoristrator can take backup of already existing file and can also upload Database file on the server. See below screen:
Various action buttons are listed like download database, restore database and delete against each backup file. Administratoristrator can create file name on the server by clicking button named: backup on server, a file gets listed , which can be downloaded or restore. If a particular file after downloading on computer and then user delete that particular file from the listing records by clicking on delete button, then same file can be uploaded while choosing option: Database upload, which can be uploaded on the server. Restore database button also functions similar to uploading a file on the server. Cities management: Cities can be managed from this link, on clicking, below screen gets displayed:
Search feature is provided and various edit, delete and things to do options are listed against each city record. Add new button is provided at the bottom to add a new city.

Left panel shows city categorization based on status like active city listing which are displayed by default, inactive city listing, deleted city listing and requested city listing. Things to do button shows various things which can be listed by adding new things under each city.
Left navigational panel shows two options: Active Things Listing, Inactive Things Listing based on their status level. On main cities screen, on clicking left navigational tab named: Deleted City Listing, below screen is displayed:
This screen list cities which are deleted and a particular city can be restored or permanently deleted along with Things To Do associated with that city. Requested City Listing: On clicking this tab, cities requested for approval or disapproval are listed. See below screenshot:

Payment Gateway Settings: Administratoristrator can set payment gateway information by clicking on this link. See below screen for various field options:

Language Management: This tab shows dual language text to be entered for each tab of front end interface. Presently English language and Spanish language files are incorporated. See below screen:

Content on the website can be easily manageable by using cms tab provided in the backend area. See below screen:
Various links are provided like Pages, Faq category management, gift page content etc.

Pages: Here various webpages are listed with action like edit, delete and add new cms webpage. Keyword based search option is also listed. On Add New screen when clicked on green color button: Add New present at the bottom right section. On clicking below screen gets displayed:
Here four tabs: Basic Details, SEO, Page Contents, Back to Page listing are listed and once cms based webpage is added, its seo information specific to that webpage can be also be added along with content. Faq category management: Here administratoristrator can see a list of faqs categories with edit, delete, faq listing, add child category options. See below screen:

News: News listings can be managed from this link. Various operations like add, edit and delete can be performed. See below screen:
On left side there are active news listings and inactive news listings tabs. Search based on news title can be performed easily.
Press Release: On clicking press release link, below screen gets displayed:
Here new press releases can be added and their status can be marked active or inactive. Various basic functions like edit, delete, add, search are listed. Each press release listing gets categorized as active press release listing and inactive press release listings as administratorinstrator can observe on the left side tabs.

Jobs: Jobs are listed based on cities and categories. See below screen:
Every Job has date of posted along with basic actions like edit, delete, add, search, status. Each are categorized based on active and inactive job listings, which can be viewed from tabs present on left side.

Various basic operations like edit, delete and add are listed. Extra Pages: Editor provision is listed for few cms pages for which content can be easily added. Add New News, Add New Press Release, Add New Jobs are quick links for adding news, press release and jobs.

Affiliate Users: On clicking this link, below screen gets displayed:
Here administratoristrator can view commission earnings of a particular affiliate. He can view total member signups through a particular affiliate by clicking on link here it is 3 under column named: Total Member Signups. See below screen:

Here various members associated through one affiliate user are shown with various actions like delete user. Basic keyword based search is provided to search for a particular user. Administratoristrator can also view total sale through members referred by a particular affiliate by clicking on link say $320.00 under column named: Total Sale.
There is a paynow link with grand total of commission Earnings. Administratoristrator can click on paynow link to pay instantly to affiliate wallet.

Total commission earnings history can be viewed by clicking on the total amount say $6.40 and then next screen gets displayed:
Here affiliate history is shown. Both options: summary view and list view are provided as for presentation structure. Charity Management: Here charity added by administrator or merchant can be viewed. See below screen:
On left side charity listing are categorized into active charity listing, Inactive charity listing and Un-approved charity listing with basic keyword search provided. Basic operations like edit, add, status buttons like inactive/active are listed against each organization. Links like Details shows history of charity on a particular deal. See below screen:

Administratoristrator can pay charity to charity organization set by the merchant via clicking on pay now link. See below screen:
On submit of a button, email goes to charity organizations email address and it is between merchant and administratoristrator how charity money is credited to organization.

Registered Users: On this link, all the registered users listing is shown. See below screen:
Various options like active users listing, deleted users listing etc. are provided. By default all users are listed. Administratoristrator can edit wallet of a registered user and can also check email verified status once account is created by the registered user. Other options like search, change password, delete are listed. Deleted Users Listing: See below screen:
Deleted user can be restore or permanently delete.

Import Newsletters Subscribers: Subscribers list can be imported into the system by using import feature. See below screen:

Administratoristrator can select subscribers based on email address and city. Can also download complete list and selected list after selecting specific records in csv format. Basic operation like delete is provided.

Deal Management Feature

The ability to create separate Deals' or coupons for each category. The ability to set a maximum of the number of coupons that can be sold (a) in aggregate; and (b) to any one member. o For aggregate: If the Aggregate Coupons limit (Deal Total Capacity) is reached before the deal closes, nobody can purchase any more where as o For any one member: If limit defined for a user to buy a particular deal is reached then that particular member cannot purchase that deal any more. The ability to set a minimum number of coupons that need to be sold before the Deal' becomes available. On the side, the ability to post a Bonus Deal' or Side Deal'. Each coupon have following fields: ID Number; Price Paid (by the member); Coupon Value; Short Description; Logo; Address of the Business; Key Terms & Conditions (expiry date etc.) For each Deal', a discussion page in which members can ask questions about the Deal' and an administratoristrator can login and answer questions for all members to see. Featured deal as main deal on a page along with description, and peer reviews below the description. Deals/Deal Categories from administrator panel can be set easily:
Mouse hover on Deals inorder to view various options about deals management like Deals list, Deal Categories, Approve Comment, Add New Deal and Add New Deal Category. Deals List: Shows various deals such as Active Deals, Expired Deals, Upcoming Deals, Unapproved Deals, Rejected, Cancelled, Minimum one coupon sold and Incomplete Deals. See below screen related to Deals List:

By default Active Deals are opened, administratoristrator can search deals related to specific company. Each deal has various quick options in the form of tabs like HTML code, Preview, Edit, Mark Rejected and Make main deal. Html code: This option provides email template as a source, which can be embedded on third party sources like websites. See below screen:

Few parameters need to be remembered while entering a Deal: a. For a deal Capacity must be defined if company has different locations then each checked/ active location must have capacity defined. If there are multiple addresses set then grand total capacity becomes sum of each address capacity. b. Max Coupons cannot be greater than total Capacity. c. Max Buy must be less than Capacity for a particular checked address. d. A deal will be tipped when Min Coupon set are purchased. e. Deal start /end dates are according to Server timings not according to desktop timings. Note: Current server time is displayed against each deal in the administrator panel. Administrator can set Commission(%) for a particular deal and can also add description of the deal along with highlights associated with a Deal. A Deal can be set for multiple categories also along with Deal image on the front end.

A Deal can be set as a side deal also on the right side panel under side deals.
Language Settings
Administratoristrator can click on top right side language dropdown and can change to second language: Spanish.
My Account Settings
Administratoristrator can click on My Account link in the header area and below screen is displayed:
Can update basic information name, email address, password.
Sign Out
Inorder to sign out from account area or backend interface administratoristrator can click on top right side header area link: Logout.

Forgot your password: In case merchant forgot his/her password, merchant simply clicks on forgot your password. On pressing forgot your password following screen will appear:

Merchant have to enter Email address and security code shown in the image and by clicking submit, an email notification will come to the entered email address. If the Security code image is not understandable, merchant can refresh the image by clicking on small circle (Below the image).

Merchant can edit his/her company address from here and on clicking submit, it will update in the database. On clicking Delete button:

This button provides an option to merchant to add a new address for his/her company. Following screen will appear on clicking add new button:
Merchant have to fill the details and can setup a new address for the company. Fields mark as asterisk (*) are mandatory. Merchant cannot left them blank.

Logout:
On clicking logout, merchant ends his/her session from the server and then will redirect to merchant login screen. On hovering on My Deals following navigation will appear:

On clicking on My Deals: Merchant can see the following screen which contains all the information about the deals which are managed by a merchant.
Merchant can obtain all information about the current status of his/her deals. There is a paging of all deals on the right top, from where merchant can view his/her deals. On clicking Active Deals:
When a merchant clicks on Active deals the system will show all the deals which are currently active in the account of merchant. Merchant can view all deals from paging, by selecting the page from top right side. Each record will show the information like starting and ending date of deal, name of city in which deal is running and tipping point of deal. Merchant can view all the statistics related to a particular deal as follows:

This Screenshot is showing the statistics related to price of a particular deal. It is showing the total price, discount, savings and deal price to a user. Similarly on clicking all tabs like sales (Give all information about the sales of the deal and commission, bonus and all other important information), Charity (Amount given to charity organization from this deal (If charity is added)), Vouchers (showing the listing of members who bought a deal with all information and Voucher code), Reviews (Read the reviews given on the particular deal.) On clicking Expired deals:
On clicking expired deals system will show all the expired deals in various cities which are related to merchant. Merchant can view all the information about expired deals from here.

On clicking Upcoming Deals:
Merchant can view all the deals from his/her account which are upcoming in the different cities from here. Merchant can obtain all the information about these deals by selecting the different options on this page.
On clicking Un-approval Deals:
Merchant can view all the deals which are unapproved by the administrator so far. If these deals are mark approved by the manager, then the deals will show in active deals or upcoming deals depending on their start date. Merchant can also edit these deals and update the information of these deals, but once these deals are approved then merchant cant update these deals.

On Clicking Rejected Deals:
Rejected deals are the deals which are rejected by the administrator for any reason. Merchant can view all the information about the rejected deals from here.
On clicking Cancelled Deals:
Merchant can view all the deals cancelled by administrator, and these deals come under the Cancelled deals tab in the merchant account. The amount of cancelled deals are refund to the users who purchased the vouchers of the deals. Sales are mentioned as $0 as the amount is refunded.

On clicking Incomplete Deals:
Incomplete deals show the listing of incomplete deals whose information is not completed and so these deals are not showing up in active deals. Merchant can edit these deals so that can update the information about the deals. On clicking Deals: Merchant can add a new deal from this tab. He has to fill all the proper information about the deal. Screenshot will show in next point. On clicking Add New Deal:
Merchant can add a new deal from this tab. He/she have to fill all the proper information about the deal. Screenshot will be shown in next point. Merchant have to enter all the information that is required during various steps in adding a deal. o First step: Under this step merchant has to add the title, subtitle and all the information which is mentioned in the form. The fields mark as asterisk cannot be left as blank. Deals image is a important field so that in front end deal can be look professional and attractive. After all information is entered, click submit button. if any error

occurs system will show that one in red message, on successfully updating, system will show message in green.

o Location: In the location step merchant have to select the city from dropdown in which he/she wants to add a deal. Merchant have to select at least one address in case of multiple addresses. Merchant can also select multiple addresses so that deal will be available on the selected addresses. Capacity shows the number of vouchers which are available for purchase in the corresponding address. Screenshot is as follows:
Click on update and we are in the next step of adding a new deal.

Voucher Settings: Under the voucher settings merchant will see the following Screen:

Merchant have to select a date for validity of voucher by clicking the calendar icon. It is the time given to the real user to redeem his/her voucher and enjoy the deal. Minimum coupons sold to tip the deal: Tipping point is the point which means minimum coupons purchased to redeem a particular deal. If the deal is not reached to its tipping point and ends, then it cannot be redeem and it is in hands of manager to refund the amount of the deal. Maximum buy Quantity each user: It shows the maximum number of vouchers one user can purchase for e.g. if this number is 5 then user cannot purchase more than 5 vouchers depending on how many locations deal is running on. Maximum buy quantity for each user should not be Exceeded the total capacity. If any error is occurred during this step, system will show the error message accordingly.
Click on update and we are in the categories step.

Categories:

Under this step merchant have to select the categories in which he/she wants to display a deal in the front end. One category is mandatory to select from these categories, otherwise system will show the error message Please select at least one category. Merchant can select the multiple categories from here and so that it will see on the different categories in the front end. Click on update button and see the next step.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
This step is necessary for the SEO information related to deal. Meta title, Meta keywords and Meta description are important to know about a particular deal and it also helps in searching a deal. It will also provide more opportunities of sales, as the user can enter the keywords in Google search and the deal matching with the keywords will come in the search result listings.

Charity and Commission:

Under this step Merchant has option, if he/she wants to give some money for charity by selecting the organization from the dropdown option. Charity Discount: Merchant can add amount he/she wants to donate to charity. 0 value means no charity donation. Fixed amount is an amount that will donate to charity and % is a part of total price of a deal given to charity.
Display Settings:

o o o o Here a merchant can select the given options: Side Deal: Mark a deal as side deal apart from Main deal listing. Is instant deal? : If this option is selected from dropdown then deal will display in the instant deals section in the front end. Display in Recent deals when done: On selecting this option, deal will show in the deals list in front end. Vouchers: When merchant will click on Vouchers the following screen will appear:
On this page merchant can view all the information about the members who purchased deals, which belongs to a particular merchant with their vouchers code and payment status which are called as tipped members. Merchant can mark the voucher as used in the voucher status. Merchant can also search for a particular voucher code by entering the voucher code in the search option. If that voucher code is available it will show as a result and with the full information about that voucher. If voucher code is not present in tipped members listing than system will show the message No result found. Merchant can also obtain the information by entering the email address of the user, so that he/she comes to know about all the information related to that user with the users voucher code.

Download CSV : On clicking download CSV:
Popup window will open, which is excel sheet consist of the records of tipped members listings with all the information which is required by merchant. On opening this excel sheet it will appear as:

Active: It shows the active tipped members listing who purchased the vouchers of deals. Merchant can mark the voucher as used so that user will never redeem that voucher again.
Similarly on clicking the other tabs: Used: Shows the listing of members which have used their vouchers. Expired: Shows the listing of members with their voucher codes who did not redeem their vouchers on time and therefore, are expired. All Vouchers: Shows the listing of all the members and vouchers code whether used, expired or active.
Charity: On clicking the Charity tab, following screen will appear:

Merchant can come to know all the information about charity donation from here. Also merchant can add charity from his/her end, this request will go to manager. Merchant can view more information about donation by clicking on details. Following screen will appear when merchant clicks on details:
Merchant can view all the transactions of a charity, that from where and what amount is coming for donation. Active Charity Listing: This page will display the listings of charity which are currently active. In-Active Charity Listing: This page will display the listings of charity which are currently in-active, If any. Un- Approved Charity Listing: This page will display the listings of charity which are currently un-approved by the administrator. When these charities will be approve, they move automatically to active charity listings. Request to add city: On clicking request to add city following screen will appear:

This screen allows merchant to add a city in which merchant wants to establish his/her business. Adding a city request will go to the administrator, and once it is approved, merchant can add a deal in that city. Merchant has to fill all the information required in the screen to make a request to administrator for adding a city. Fields marked as asterisk(*) cannot be left blank. On clicking submit, the request will go to administrator for approving the city.

Registered User Account Area Interface

Once signed up to create an account, user get an email for verifying the account at his/her email address entered during signup registration form. See below email template:
On clicking verifying your account button, user is logged into his account area automatically and is redirected to city entered in registration form. Then clicks on My Account button from top header area. See below screen which gets displayed:

On My Account screen: Registered user can change his profile details like personal information by clicking on edit button and can also set his/her email notifications regarding deal expiration, earned bucks on a deal, referred friend buys a deal.

There are various left navigational links are provided for registered user like My Account, My Vouchers, Purchase History, Deal Bucks, Subscriptions. See below screen:

My Vouchers: On clicking this left navigation link, registered user gets below screen:
Here user can see a list of his purchased deal vouchers and sort by ascending or descending order. In tabular structure various columns like Date, Payment, Deal, Quantity, Tipped, Print are listed. On clicking printer icon under Print column, a particular voucher can be print out.

o Payment column shows mode of payment status like from wallet, from paypal or from authorize.net. o Tipped column shows time at which deal is tipped. Here in above screen it is coming blank which means that deal tipping point (Minimum Coupons Sold to tip

So when 10 coupons are sold then time of deal tipped gets displayed in the column: Tipped column for the registered user to view. o Rest of the columns shows quantity ordered, Deal name and print option. Purchase History: This screen shows a transaction history logs of a particular deal. See below screen:
Registered user can see Credit, Debit and Balance auto calculated like a bank statement. Deal Bucks: These are just cash which are automatically added to next deal when purchased. See below screen:

o More deal bucks can be earned by inviting friends to join website or to purchase deals. See below screen:
o Multiple email addresses can be added by comma separated and invitation with referral code is sent at the inboxes.

o Be A Referrer: By providing referrer code so that when a new user through reference id or referrer code visits website and purchase a deal then referrer commission gets added to the account to which referral id belongs. o My Deals Bucks shows amount present in registered user wallet.
Subscriptions: On subscription screen, registered user can also subscribe for deal updates in multiple cities by selecting checkbox options against each city.
On selecting particular or multiple cities from checkboxes, below screen gets displayed:

User can select single or multiple categories and get subscribed against a city. Link to view deals specific to city is also present, user can click on link named: Albuquerque (say) to get subscribed. Delete option is also present to delete the chosen city with desired category. Registered user can resubscribe his/her desired city option. Sign Out: Registerd user can sign out from his account area by clicking on a button named: Sign Out in top header area. See below screen:

Affiliate Account Area Interface

An affiliate user can also logged into his/her account area from front end interface by clicking on link named: Affiliate Login. See below screen:

My Account: On this screen, personal information like first Name, New Password etc. related to an affiliate user can be updated/edited easily. Various left navigational links like My Account, Deal Bucks, Affiliate Reports, Deal Wise Report, Affiliate Balance are shown. Deal Bucks: This screen shares same features explained under Registered user account area interface on page 81. Only difference is the affiliate code. See below screen:
Here My Deal Bucks shows amount present in the affiliate user account. Affiliate Reports: This screen lists affiliate reports in tabular structure which can be viewed/searched based on from and Till date fields. An affiliate can see sales amount for each affiliate clicks and signups and at the end can view his/her total amount of sales.

Deal Wise Report: This screen shows commission earnings along with sales on each deal. Total for each commission earnings and sales can be viewed. An Affiliate gets commission earnings and sales once a deal is tipped.

Affiliate Balance:
On this screen, an affiliate can see his affiliate commission balance credited into his/her account area either when a deal is tipped or by administratoristrator. Balance history can be analysed from downward to upward way. This means from serial 7 to 1. Note: An affiliate user can only be created by the administratoristrator and login details are sent to affiliate email address.
