We are pleased to send you our scope of work and remuneration to provide the services of plumbing design for the subject project. Plumbing Scope of Work

1.1 Project Manager/Architect will provide the approved concept plan and layout as per the owners requirement and the Plumbing Consultant will design the water distribution, plumbing, fire fighting and drainage system of all areas of the Works. 1.2 The Plumbing Consultant will propose the schemes of plumbing distribution system for the building for the Owners selection, keeping in view initial costs, operating costs, and building usage as per standard and specifications. 1.3 On approval of the selected suitable scheme, the Plumbing Consultant will prepare technical specifications, bill of quantities and layout drawings along with an Engineers estimate of the cost of the entire installation. 1.4 The Plumbing Consultant will assist the Project Manager in finalizing tender documents for floatation and preparation of list of pre qualified suppliers and contractors. 1.5 The Plumbing Consultant will assist the Project Manager in finalizing different packages of contracts if required. 1.6 The Plumbing Consultant will assist the Project Manager in evaluation of offers received and preparation of recommendation of awards. 1.7 The Plumbing Consultant will prepare layout drawings showing details of plumbing and fire fighting systems, equipments layout and schedule of installation materials along with standards, specifications and B.O.Q. 1.8 The Plumbing Consultant will coordinate all layouts and details with other disciplines where required. 1.9 The Plumbing Consultant will assist the Project Manager in approval of equipment and material submittals. To avoid delay in the project execution, the Plumbing Consultant shall ensure timely approval of all samples and material to facilitate the trade contractors to deliver these works on time.
