From the low voltage distribution panel (LVDP) a cable adapter is placed to the power and lighting panel, newly designed and placed according to the plan inside the warehouse. The network is realized from cables with copper conductors type CYY. The characteristics of the cable are established depending on the energy consumption, respectively the powering voltage, the installed power and the power and current requested by the consumers. The cable use will be done respecting the PE 107-95 normative claims. On the most part of the path the cable will be placed on construction elements or on special cable ducts. According to the PE107-95 normative, the cable abode the ground level will be protected against mechanical hits inside a metal tube up to a height of 1,8m. The short circuit protection of the cables is realized with automatic switches mounted in the electric panels. The characteristics of the electric energy consumers: - Installed power: - Simultaneous absorbed power: - Frequency: 50Hz - Utilized voltage: 0,4kV/0,23kV - Voltage variations: 10% - Allowed frequency variations: 0,5Hz - Durations of Maximum load use: 3500h/year 3.2 General lighting installations The realized general lighting level is in average 300 lux established accordingly to the designing theme. In the warehouse and workshop the lighting cables will be placed on a cable duct of type Cablofil suspended by the roof support elements. The cable duct serves as support for both the cables and the lighting bodies. The type of lighting bodies, the degree of tightness and the assured level of illumination

are all chosen depending on the spaces where they will be fitted. The command of the lighting will be done using switches mounted along the access doors. 3.3 Force Technological Electrical Installations Ensure the electric energy supply of the fixed receivers in the metal fabrication hall. The connections from the main panel to the connected devices and equipments are to be made with cables mounted on cable trays, on construction elements, buried in the floor in electrical metallic tubing (for fixed equipments). Short-circuit and overload protection of the circuits is accomplished by automatic switches provided with thermal and electromagnetic relays mounted in the main distribution panel. 3.4 Socket Electrical Installation The supply for the electrical power tools and mobile installations which operate at the voltage of 230V there are provided a number of 20 sockets of 16A/230V provided with protection contact. The socket circuits are made copper cables type CYY3x4mm2/CYY2x2.5mm2 shielded in electrical metallic tubing in the downhill zone, mounted visible on construction elements and cable trays. For electrical energy supply of the mobile devices and tools which operate at 400V are provided four 3 phase sockets of 32A/400V mounted on the hall support poles, connected to the main distribution panel according to the attached plan. The device metal housing and metal constructions are to be connected to the protection grounding in the circuit composition and also to the earthed belt. 3.5 Electrical Power Installations for Gantry Cranes Supply with electrical energy of the gantry cranes from the metal fabrication hall is made from the main distribution panel. The supply of the contact line is provided by a cable type CYY4x10mm2. The supply of the contact line is made through a grounded box, equipped with two switches A and B commanded by an outside operated lever. The two switches A and B are built mechanically interlocked. Switch A connects the power to the contact line and switch B connects the contact line to the grounding socket. when circuit-breaker A is closed and circuit-breaker B is open - the contact line is live. In the position II circuit-breaker A is open and circuit-breaker B closed the contact line is connected to the ground. When executing and maintaining electrical installations, the following norms have to be respected: I7-02, I9-95, PE119-90, P118 and STAS12604-90. 3.6 Grounding installations Metal cases of apparatus, metal constructions, beds for cable support, cable armatures, that are normally under no pressure, but can accidentally be placed under it by flaws in the insulation, will be connected to the protection ground from the circuit components and the internal grounding with yellowgreen copper conductor MYf 10 mm type or OLZn20x3mm patch. The internal grounding is made of OLZn25x4mm patch rigged up apparent (bulk) on the inside walls of the hall, at the height of 30 cm from the finished floor and on the bed for cable support. The internal grounding will connect through connectors for measurements at ground sockets. An earthing electrode installation was designed made of

steel pipe 21/2, 3 m long and 40x4 mm patch conductors, mounted in the ground, at least, 0,5 m depth. The artificial socket will be connected according to the normative, to the natural grounding socket of the construction. The natural grounding socket of the construction according to STAT 12604/4,5-90 is made of metal armatures of the foundation pillars. The welding connection is now at the support pillars (to ensure electrical continuity) between the metallic armature of the foundation and a connection piece fixed in the foundation and accessible to connect the earthing conductors. Before pouring concrete in the foundation and structure, the constructor and the recipient should prepare minutes of the hidden works, showing that the contracts were properly executed to achieve the necessary electrical continuity. Connectors must be marked by painting with graphic earthing symbols according to STAS 11200/19-79. The dispersion resistance of the grounding intake will be no more than 4. Measurements will be taken and if the ground intake resistance does not meet the STAS12604 / 5, additional electrodes will complete the gap, up to the standard value. The earthed plug socket will connect to the existing ground socket of the neighboring constructions with OLZn 40x4mm. 3.7 Protection installations against electric shocks Protection against electric shock is achieved by binding to the ground and protection null, in cases of indirect touches and through casings, insulation for protection against direct touches. Interior earthing installations consist of: - The internal grounding made of patch OLZn 25x4mmp and mounted apparent and/or copper conductor of VLPY type (yellow-green color) 16 mm mounted on bed for cables or on construction elements and connected to the ground socket of the construction in at least two points by separation pieces for measurements. - Bends in individual equipment copper conductor of VLPY type of 10 mm, OLZn 20x3mmp patch or OLZn-50mmp rope. The grounding conductors will be mounted apparent on cable bed and the construction elements according to the route. The connection to the protection null will be made through special conductor from the supply circuit of the apparatus and electrical and technological equipment. All the equipment and electric panels will have the protection null connect to the internal grounding through a PE terminal. The protection null of the apparatus will be connected to the ground through a PE terminal of a supply panel. For protection against direct touches the following measures were taken: - placing the equipment, apparatus and panels in special rooms or protected areas to be out of -
