George, NB E5C 3E2 EMPLOYEE Full Name: Mustatu, Alexandru DOB: September 10, 1989 SEX: Male Citizenship: Romanian Country of residence: Romania Contract time: 1 year Job name: Processing Technician THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: DURATION OF CONTRACT The contract shall have duration of 12 months (based on approvals granted by Canadian Government) from the date THE EMPLOYEE assumes his/her functions. (The TERM OF EMPLOYMENT) Both parties agree that this contract is conditional upon THE EMPLOYEE obtaining a valid work permit pursuant to the Immigration Regulations, and his /her successful entry into Canada. JOB DESCRIPTION THE EMPLOYEE agrees to carry out the following tasks applying physical work, using related equipment and/or operation of related equipment. Trimming and removing small bones from salmon fillets Cleaning whole fish to prepare for further processing Inspecting product for to ensure quality standards are met Packing product to prepare for shipment Icing, weighing, palletizing product for transfer Maintaining a clean work area

WORK SCHEDULE THE EMPLOYEE shall work on a rotating shift basis in 12 hour increments(including time allotted for breaks) and on a rotation that averages no less than 40 hours per week over every two week cycle (unless prohibited by uncontrollable circumstances). The schedule is 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on. All employees are allowed to volunteer to work on their days off. Shift hours are 7:00 am 7:00 pm. Any changes in the start time will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. This is full time, year round employment. THE EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to 60 minutes per day of break time (3 15 minute breaks, 1-1/2 hour lunch) when working a full shift.

WAGES AND SALARY THE EMPLOYER agrees to pay THE EMPLOYEE, for his/her work, wages of $10.30 per hour. These shall be made on Bi-weekly basis. THE EMPLOYER agrees to pay all the taxes and submit all deductions payable by law (including, but not limited to employment insurance, income tax, and Canada Pension plan). THE EMPLOYEE shall accrue vacation at the rate of 4% of their gross pay. THE EMPLOYER shall not recoup from the EMPLOYEE, through payroll deductions or any other means, any costs incurred in recruiting or retaining the EMPLOYEE. These include, but are not limited to, any amounts payable to a third party recruiter. TRAVEL EXPENSES THE EMPLOYER agrees to assume the cost, as incurred, of two way air transportation for THE EMPLOYEE, between the employees place residence and the place of work, i.e. Romania and Canada. These costs are not recoverable by the employer. ACCOMMODATION THE EMPLOYER agrees to ensure that reasonable and proper accommodation is available for the EMPLOYEE, and shall secure suitable accommodations for the EMPLOYEE. The employer shall recoup the costs of the accommodations through a bi weekly pay roll deduction. Such costs shall not be more than is reasonable for accommodations of that type in the employment location.

BENEFITS THE EMPLOYEE shall be eligible for Health and Dental Benefits, and Long Term Disability through Medavie Blue Cross once they possess a New Brunswick Medicare card and have completed their 90 day probationary period. WORKPLACE SAFETY INSURANCE POLICY (Workers Compensation) THE EMPLOYER agrees to register THE EMPLOYEE under the relevant provincial government insurance plan. THE EMPLOYER agrees not to deduct money from THE EMPLOYEES wages for this purpose. NOTICE OF RESIGNATION Should he/she wish to terminate the present contract, THE EMPLOYEE agrees to give THE EMPLOYER written notice thereof at least one week in advance. NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT THE EMPLOYER must give written notice before terminating the contract of THE EMPLOYEE if this employee has completed 3 months of uninterrupted service with THE EMPLOYER and if the contract is about to expire. This notice shall be provided at least one week in advance. If THE EMPLOYEE wishes to continue working after the contract is completed there is work available once THE EMPLOYEE has received the proper documents permitting he/she to continue working in Canada. CONTRACT SUBJECT TO PROVINCIAL LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT LEGISLATION AND APPLICABLE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS THE EMPLOYER is obligated to abide by the standards set out in the relevant provincial labour standards act and, if applicable, the terms of any collective agreement in place. In particular, THE EMPLOYER must abide by the standards with respect to how wages are paid, how overtime is calculated, meal periods, statutory holidays (10), annual leave, family leave, benefits and recourse under the terms of the Act and, if relevant, collective agreement. Any terms of this contract of employment less favorable to THE EMPLOYEE than the standards stipulated in the relevant labour standards act is null and void.
