Reduced Sales and Use Tax liability from $279,000 to $57,000 by working with the State Department of Revenue. As a result, additional Financial Policies and controls were developed and implemented. Developed the first Five-Year Strategic Management Plan for this company to expand operations. Served as Project Manager for several large critical projects. Worked at Ewald while pursuing opportunities in Accounting, but gained experience in selling and closing through this position. Had highest closing ratio of floor sales personnel. Accountant and Consultant Self-employed (September 1997 to August 2003) Provided management, accounting and IT consulting to a wide range of companies/industries, as well as, providing individual and corporate tax and accounting services.
