3. Coordinating Instruction: a. Duty patrol officers must observe this standby and roving schedule strictly during their tour of duty and open their cellular phone/handheld radio all times ready to receive any call for police assistance. b. Duty patrol officers shall response without delay upon received of information from the radio operator or any other sources of information which needed police assistance. c. Duty patrol officers inform immediately the radio officer for record purposes when responding all forms of police alarm or inform directly to the OIC. d. Duty patrol officers when you will be out from your respective standby and roving area must inform the radio operator stating your reason why you out from your scheduled area of concern. No cross board is allowed unless when assistance/reinforcement is needed. e. Duty patrol officers at all time before rendering their duty must check their cellular phone/handheld radio for any defect. In cases where the cellular phone/handheld is damage or unserviceable must inform immediately the OIC before deployment. 4. Failure to follow these instructions will tantamount to violation of NAPOLCOM MEMO Circular 2007-001 (Uniform Disciplinary Administrative Procedure of the PNP) 5. For guidance and strict compliance.
