February-June 2011: Internship: Graduation Project within ST-Ericsson. Subject: Test Time Optimization of integrated circuits..

The project purpose:

Study the advantages and limitations of the most widely used techniques in optimization of Time Testing of IC; namely data compression and serialization.. solutions have been developed to not only gather the benefits of such technology, but also develop a new a theoretical method that allow from the architecture of the IC to deduce the optimal test configuration without having to experiment.
