Nikunj Shah is a graduate in Commerce and in Law from Mumbai University. He is a qualified
Chartered Accountant. He holds a post-qualification certification in Information Systems Audit. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor, a credential given by the Institute of Internal Auditors (USA). He is also an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (USA). 6. Important note. Indemnity:

The construction, validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of India subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed and constrained in accordance with the law of INDIA and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai. However, Dafi only is entitled to waive this right and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in which the clients office is located. 8. Client hereby acknowledges that this contract is valid binding and enforceable; and that he / she shall not claim that any payment required under this contract at any time are improper, disputed or un authorized in any way. Client acknowledges that they have read and understood all Terms of this contract, including, without limitation, the provision relating to Cancellation.
