Description

CBRE is the world's leading commercial property and real estate services adviser, this system used to integrate the MIX Property system with the CBRE 360 system. This migration happened on initial, day to day basis & regular data interchange. The MIX Property system needs to be integrated with the CBRE 360(MS Dynamics CRM 2011) system. The MIX Property system needs to have its Property data migrated to CBRE 360 to keep it updated with the most recent Property data within it. The Integration will occur for the following entities Properties; Transactions; Spaces. The integration module will be initially kicked off for three markets (Chicago, St. Louis and Denver). The Property entity is central to the operation of many parts of the CBRE360 v2.0 system. Description : The E-CIS+ application have been designed to assist CSRs in dealing with day to day customer inquiries, orders and complaints. E-CIS+ is being developed in JAVA with AS/400. The application has been designed to integrate with our clients current CIS and Customer Collection System (CCS) legacy systems. Customer data will be retrieved from AS/400 screens and presented in GUI. These systems will be integrated using such features as a single login and client data movement.
