Terms & Conditions

1. All provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days of booking and a deposit is payable as confirmation. Christmas carvery lunches require a deposit of 5.00 per person. Christmas party nights require a deposit of 10.00 per person. Christmas day lunch requires a deposit of 20.00 per person. Boxing Day & New Years Day lunch require a deposit of 10.00 per person. Residential packages require a deposit of 50.00 per person. If the deposit is not received within 14 days the booking will be automatically released. 2. We regret that deposits are non-refundable, should your party decrease in numbers, all payments (including deposits) made cannot be offered against any other services. 3. Final payment is due 28 days before the event and once paid no refunds can be considered. 4. If the hotel has to cancel due to force majeure, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability. If the hotel has to amalgamate events to ensure appropriate numbers we reserve the right to do so and guests will not be entitled to a refund, if the ticket price is of the same value or more. The hotel also has the right to change or cancel advertised entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control. 5. The cost of any additional services, charged by pre-arrangement, must be paid for prior to departure from the hotel this includes a wine pre-order. 6. All alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing. 7. For all bookings taken after 1st December 2012, full payment is required at the of time of booking.
