How do we know thats what she meant? Because she said so. Heres what she told a private meeting of Obamacare supporters gathered at the White House to plan their next moves: Whatever the circumstances care will be there. Affordable prices will be there. Coverage will be there that you need. She couldnt have made it any clearer than that, could she? Whatever the Supreme Court rules, if Barack Obama is re-elected president, he fully intends to override the Court and undermine the United States Constitution. He intends to have his way. Obama and Sebelius will refuse to obey the Supreme Court I have to tell you that, frankly, I believe Barack Obamas sneak attack on the Constitution has been underway from the moment he forced through his hostile health care takeover. As I read Sebelius outrageous revelation I suddenly thought back to something Obamas ironfisted Obamacare Czar had said several months earlier. The mans name is Donald Berwick. He is a longtime Big Government enforcer who was handpicked by Barack Obama to fast track Obamacares rules and regulations before the Supreme Court could strike them down. Asked what would happen if the Supreme Court declared the health care takeover unconstitutional, he smugly replied: If I were given the assignment of unwinding the law, I wouldnt know how to do that. I would thoroughly disagree with it, but it would be technically very difficult. Well, no, actually it wouldnt. All it would require is that he and Sebelius cease pushing forward with the unconstitutional mandates and roll back the rules and regulations they and their lieutenants rushed into place as an end run around the Law of the Land. You and I know that. And, of course, so do they. As does their boss, Barack Obama. But, we also know that if Barack Obama remains in office, they have no intention of abiding by the Supreme Courts ruling Because they and he planned this unholy gambit all along. Thats why they crafted their 2700-page Obamacare bill with more than 2500 references to the broad new powers granted to the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

Why they included more than 200 instances where she may at her sole discretion take some form of regulatory action. And why they included 139 occasions where -- quote The Secretary determines unquote what will be done to enforce the Obamacare provisions. They knew what they had in store for the American people all along. And so did you!
