tribal livelihoods addressing Millennium Development Goals for a Network of NGOs in Jharkhand provinces, India which is managed by Indo- Global Service Society (IGSSS) Conducted Feasibility Studies for NGO projects in different provinces in India Micro-Planning of 15 villages for developing a Proposal on NRM issues for a local NGO in Orissa for NABARD (a National Level Public Sector Bank) Acted as a Consultant for a Feasibility study of social and developmental issues for a power generation project in Orissa for GMR Group under CSR activity 7. Mapping of sweet and brackish water zones in Chaumah block of Mathura district,
U.P. India for Swiss Development Cooperation Conducted Geo-hydrological surveys, analysed 300 Water samples, assisted in supervision of test drilling and report preparation. Monitoring of Water quality programmes in 3 villages of Gohad Block, Bhind district, M.P, India. Under CAPART-NAWDA umbrella Porgramme. The programme dealt with identification of villages, timely conducted water quality monitoring for physical, chemical and biological aspects for 2 years. Tube well technical study in the coastal districts of Orissa in the Project areas for DANIDA, Orissa, India. Carried out hand pump breakdowns, analyze the litho log of drilled formations, designing of tube well and assisted in hand pump installation, water quality analysis and remedial measures. Around 60 hand pumps were identified where the water quality problems such as salinity and iron occurs in the area. Trends in groundwater exploration, development and Management in Thar Desert region, Rajasthan, India for Swiss Development Co-operation. The task involves hydrogeological, geophysical and hydro-chemical analysis for drinking water programmes in entire Phalodi tehsil, Jodhpur district of Rajasthan: 25 Deep hand pumps were recommended. Drinking Water in drought prone areas through Handpumps for a mission centre under the Bishop of Indore in Kannod block, Dewas district, M.P, India supported by MISEREOR. A total 25 handpumps were installed in 25 villages for design, implementation, coordination and execution through community participation of tribal families for sustainable development. Natural Resources Regeneration to address poverty and food security through Integrated Watershed Approach in Swaziland, South .Africa implemented by a local NGO managed by Kindernothilfe e.V.(KNH) supported by the Government of Germany (BMZ).

8. Capacity Building and Skill Trainings: Capacity building and knowledge management for the community based organisations of
Water sector- Water User Associations in number of provinces for NGOs in India Training on Environmental Health in Emergencies for Indian Red Cross Society Gujarat Chapter through RedR. TOT training on Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) for Rajasthan Government, India through Datamation Foundation which is supported by European Commission. Conducted trainings on Project Cycle Management, Proposal Design and Development, Monitoring and Review, Participatory Approaches (PRA) Micro- Planning, Natural Resources Management, Watershed Management, Drinking Water and Sanitation, Livelihoods, etc. Institution and Organizational Development: The services includes Team Building .Facilitating participatory needs assessment of organizations, Facilitating reorientation of organizations and organizational systems to achieve mission objectives, Design of capacity building programmes/processes facilitating trainings for different NGOs, INGOs and Government Officials.

Developed Systems for Project Concept and Proposals Appraisals and Organisational
Appraisals(NGOs) under DFID PACS Phase I programme. Coordinated and built the capacities of Water User Associations, Forest Groups, Self Help Groups and their Apex bodies Assisted in establishing the Land Based Pressure Groups and their capacity building for a large land based programme implemented by the Government.

UNDP GEF- SGP and it is a National level programme for addressing Biodiversity, Land

Degradation and desertification, International waters, Conservation Agriculture, Climate Change, etc and the responsibilities includes Project Appraisals, Systems development, Budget reviews and Financial Management, Synergies with Government, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting, Coordinating Project Selection Committee meetings, Grant Management, Donor reporting, Office Administration etc. I appraised around 275 concept papers and 110 project proposals on the above themes for wetting and this programme supported by World Bank, UNDP and UNOPS. DFID Poorest Area Civil Society (PACS) Programme: 25 Million Pounds covered 100 Poorest Districts from 6 states in India to address the Governance, Womens empowerment, Social Cohesion and Self Help themes and the responsibilities includes Systems development, Outreach, Project Appraisals, Programme Management , Monitoring, Capacity Building, Managing the Consultants, Convergence with the Government, Reporting, Office Administration ,etc. Appraised around 425 concept papers and 90 odd detailed project proposals for validation by the Prgramme Advisory Committee. With the opportunity of working in the funding programmes, I have a chance to work with number of International and Indian NGOs and the networks, Government departments, consultants, familiarity with funding rules and procedures, financial and budget management, experience in preparing the narrative and financial reports in accordance with Donor requirements, managed the programme staff, MIS and other administrative matters. Worked as Unit In Charge for a Task Force for Programmes implementation, knowledge management, office administration, Liaison with civil society organizations, Government, Donors, developed networks for project implementation and advocacy etc. Lead as a Team Leader to manage the 20 members Team for 3 months in conducting the surveys, testing and reporting in a Drinking Water Programme in Orissa, India which was supported by DANIDA
