And finally there is a specific training schedule that is subjected to critical scrutiny by the faculty. The mediations methodology used in this work, we have grouped into four phases, we describe below, realizing the strategies employed, as well as informants who collaborated on the input of data and procedures that have been used to the achievement of the proposed goals. We started the

first phase, the collection of information, based on the analysis of both the theoretical framework, as the interviews, conducted informant qualified came from the collective faculty of Secondary Education, civic organizations, the Educational Administration and the Academy (Study Intensive R), to design the next step was the implementation of the questionnaire to a sample of teachers in high school on the island of Tenerife (Extensive Study). In the second phase, triangulation, we made the crossing of the data, both from this survey, as the Intensive Study I, along with a holistic view of the facts described, we believe that we provided the information to develop Report Diagnosis necessary to open the third stage and announced that was to determine, as an interim proposal, the criteria that should be taken into account when designing training plans in the intercultural dimension of education, aimed at teachers of the stage Secondary Education, as well as develop an outline, without further claim that to be an example, we decided to submit to the scrutiny of two discussion groups, consisting of faculty of Secondary Education (Intensive Study II). The result of this work, again contrasted with the theoretical framework, culminating in the fourth phase, the final proposal that responded to the goals made.

ACCOMPANIMENT COMPREHENSIVE ORGANIZATIONAL ANALYSIS AND DESARRROLLO A MODEL OF EXTERNAL SUPPORT FOR ORGANIZATIONS IN EDUCATIVO-FORMATIVO

University: AUTNOMA DE BARCELONA [More theses of this university] [www.uab.es]. Place of defense: Departamento de Pedagoga Aplicada. Place of preparation: ESCUELA DE POSTGRADO.

URL: http://www.kriptia.com/en/PEDAGOGIA/ORGANIZACION_Y_PLANIFICACION_DE_LA_EDUCA CION/ORGANIZACION_Y_DIRECCION_DE_LAS_INSTITUCIONES_EDUCATIVAS/1#115443

Summary: The advice, supervision and consultancy have evolved to usher in a new model called "Comprehensive organizational up": a systemic process, continuous and growing educational and organizational support, which allows collaborating with educational organizations in the implementation of their activities improvement and innovation, by supporting customized to their members, in the natural progression of change, as well as support in the design, monitoring and evaluation of their activities through a comprehensive plan for improvement. This involved several disciplines working hand in hand in generating processes breadth and depth of organizational self-knowledge and therefore, intelligence and systems development, generating that are implemented within the organization. This is where the Integrated up as a new concept takes its importance, as well as diagnostics and provide solutions in organizations such as systems, seeking to generate new knowledge and its applications, is concerned about being closely with the members of these organizations in implementing these improvement activities and innovation. It is not intended to speak on external support as it is known today, where a consultant, adviser or supervisor who is going into the organization to intervene only in those subjects in which he is an expert, to generate a diagnosis and give the resulting "medicines" . The Organizational up part of a new vision of external support, more comprehensive and practical. Based on the theory of systems and organizations learn, generates a mixture of advice, monitoring, consulting, training and coaching, depending on the needs of education agencies and organizations, but above all is concerned with the realization of comprehensive projects in time, or to put it another way, is

concerned with generating innovation practice, accompanying the process of change. Today, most models of educational quality are based on the assessment and / or the initial organizational self-assessment, and even summative and formative. They also help prioritize areas for improvement identified and some models allow even make contributions on how the implementation should be done. However, when the organizations most in need, in the process of implementation and change, which when open space for debate and reflection, when the illusions and emotional perceptions of individuals and interest groups acquire vital importance, such models leave much to be desired or even definitely remain on the sidelines because "have concluded" its capacity for action and exhausted its model. The Integrated Organizational up is different. We are talking about an activity that exceeds the advice, monitoring and consulting, as this thesis is based on the fact that the organizations are systems whose elements are intrinsically linked. Such is the degree of interconnectedness that it is possible to influence and be influenced by other critical components. However, many times when analyzing a problem or intervene in an organization, such as counseling, monitoring or consulting, these components are treated in isolation, without verifying the impact and from others. It has shown with this thesis, through a case study interpretive phenomenological and that the organization of an educational institution influence in determining educational outcomes. This means that a well-organized school, teaches better. Therefore, improving education will take educational institutions organized and therefore spends his time with educators, administrators and teachers with the skills needed to work in a systemic, as well as an accompanying measure that integrates comprehensive disciplines external support.

The research aims to develop and implement a conceptual model that allows us to analyze how these activities, which had a formative nature, have an impact on the culture of academic professors at the UB. The research proposes a model comprehensive analysis of the impact of culture analyzed in a specific area, that of science. The impact is reflected in various dimensions of culture, the ways of understanding the academic world, the value judgments on evaluation processes, the areas where they apply the measures and the relationship of the institutional assessment with the new evaluation processes and improving the university teaching. The study found that the expanded design in the area that their priority is the investigation is a limit to the introduction of training processes as institutional evaluation. However, it was also perceived that the faculty is developing activities and positive attitudes towards teaching, with a change from warm quality parameters based on parameters and internal investigation into concepts that include quality standards and external teaching.
