1. INTRODUCTION This research report is based on theme Low Cost Innovative Model.

In this we have come up the service named Scrap Management. In this type of business we would be focusing on the conversion of household scrap into money, which would will not only beneficial for us but also for the person from which this scrap is to be collected. Here we would be collecting the scrap from the household, and in lieu for that we would be providing them the soaps, washing powder instead of the money. And then selling this scarp to the market at market value and by that making the profit out of it. The daily household items like soaps, washing powder etc. would be collected in bulk from small industries. 2. CONCEPT Here, the basic idea to convert scrap into money. The investment in this type of concept would be around Rs 500 only, which is only one time. After this we need not to invest anything. This business would start and expanded in following steps: Initial we would buy household items like soaps, washing powder etc. from the local and small industries in bulk, so that we would be having a quite a big lot of these items from Rs 500. Then we would be going from one house to another first among our locality and asking them for their scrap in form of newspaper, old goods, clothes etc. and giving them the items that we have brought from the our investment instead of money. For example giving them 1soap per Kg of scrap. After that, we would be selling this scrap in market at market value and then calculating our margin from it. When we exhausts our whole lot of items them we would be having some amount of profit with us. Then we would be again investing this money for the purchasing the items and again starting the cycle again, but this time at a larger scale and expanding our business from our locality to another locality. We can also hire a person then who would be collecting this scrap with the help of the vehicle. After establishment our-self, we would be going to the different industries and factory and taking scrap from them and providing them the esstional things which are needed for the proper working of machine there like wax, oil, bulbs for lighting.
