Monitor and review the progress of training participants through immediate feedback and follow-up feedback questionnaires and discussions with superiors of the participant to understand the future training needs and to evaluate effectiveness of training need identification process. MANAGEMENT OF TRAINING & DEVELOPMENTPrepare annual, monthly, weekly, daily Training Calendars. Conduct Train the Trainer programmes and Feedback sessions. Annual, Bi-annual and Quarterly evaluation of training effectiveness through immediate, follow-up feedback questionnaire and other measures. Measure training effectiveness for sales team based on sales-linked parameters. DESIGN AND CREATE TRAINING MODULESPeriodically review training programs both functional and behavioural, to keep it relevant corresponding to changes in the external environment. Scan market and competition for effective training. Customized training modules according to the requirements of the Consultants . Provide a hands on approach to training that allows advisors to not only hear about sales practices, but see them demonstrated and have the opportunity to apply what theyve learned through role play and field application. BUILDING CAPACITYPlan the manpower requirements for the training team across the region and review the plan at periodical intervals. Coordinate with regional sales management team of BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD regarding sales training.
