TERMINATION OF HSBC UNION PRESIDENT RAYMUND ACENA, ILLEGAL AND IN VIOLATION OF LABOR RIGHTS!

October 2009 HSBC implemented Project Green, outsourcing an estimated 150 HSBC regular employees, cutting excessively union membership.
